If you read this carefully, and several times, it could be Mr. Ayms is referring to what has been called "The Cargo" as a "biochemical bomb." A biological based chemical? A living oil?

So deep in the bowels of this awesome thread, I remember one of the ocean floor monitors mention a yellow football shaped device being installed in a crucial area - well? splash zone?. I was trying to catch up to the 417th page, and didn't follow all the links. My question is: could these yellow thingies be the EPFCG? If so, could OMEGA be the remote trigger for it/them? If so, could the briefcase content contain code components to activate the trigger, or achieve morphic resonance with auganism to neutralize it at some energetic level?
