Anyone interested in the removal of the damaged(?) bop check out the cams:

It looks like everything is in place to start the attempt to pull up the bop (for investigational purposes) and then replace it with a working model. Lets all hope and pray this does not disturb the cement seal or all hell will break loose once again.
