Thzt is exactly what needs to be done. identify the spurious attacks, graph them by time and quantity, and then correlate that data with specific topics and sessions in the thread. An analysis like that would provide a indication if we were getting close, PROVIDED that the attacks are being sewn from a centralized agency.
I have no time to do that, and The system I am on is not the greatest for working that out.

Might be good for someone to try it and publish their data and conclusions.

I can't tell you about it, but there is one design for a conventional looking sub to be able to go VERY deep. From back in the 1980's. I don't know if it was ever implemented. Good day, I wanted to post a summery of DED transcripts combined with our discussion but its a bit cumbersome and could be interpreted the wrong way. (I personally don't know who is on who's side anymore)
The DED transcripts wasn't very significant yesterday other than vessels were waiting and ordered to stay dormant. (nothing unusual on DED yesterday)
Our discussion part was about C.O.B.R.A.
In a nutshell the COBRA issue is about Maritime Arrest Warrants(Admiralty Law) to Arrest 18 British Vessels, and 412 Personell ( 295 of them are directly employed by BP and are also British passport carriers) (This included two oil rigs and some very very senior executives, some are in senior government.). These vessels aren't all in the GOM theatre. ..They are scattered everywhere.
They told (girlfriends supervisor) that Britain will be in a serious dispute with Russia and China when this happens and that the French and the other Odessa "coalition" countries should not get involved. I don't know how it works or if even possible but my girlfriend Speculates that either China or Russia or a faction of the Crown itself must have filed these warrants. (Its just speculation, could be wrong. It's a sensitive issue and my girlfriend doesn't want to keep on asking her colleagues and supervisors to many pertinent questions..)

I suspect that it is not a traditional 'nuke' with resulting dirty radiation - but rather, some sort of new technology which achieves something similar - probably some kind of EMP like White Beard suggested.

I was trying to catch up to the 417th page, and didn't follow all the links. My question is: could these yellow thingies be the EPFCG? If so, could OMEGA be the remote trigger for it/them? If so, could the briefcase content contain code components to activate the trigger, or achieve morphic resonance with auganism to neutralize it at some energetic level?

FULLBODYRUB 9:08 I'll add my two cents, a couple of weeks ago I read a starnge report on you tube that was written like a dialog of people on the boats/subs/ planes in the Gulf. It seemed to be talking about some entity in the water that was eating the oil and then changing into something else. Many differnt countries were represented in the gulf all giving thier input on the situation, and it seemed they had caught one and it was in their cargo hold. I dont know if this was real or not but this conversation seems to be on the same lines. I was looking for the vid but it has been removed...

The SERPENT Project is an international program based in the UK, designed to facilitate scientific access to industrial ROVs. In 2006 Louisiana State University began a partnership with BP and Oceaneering to study the distribution and biodiversity of planktonic organisms in the Gulf as part of SERPENT. Since then the project has expanded to include additional industrial partners and locations and we are now routinely collecting data on gelatinous and other planktonic organisms in the from the surface to the upper bathypelagic zone. I seem to remember discussing and finding how the oil can change the ph of the sea water, and that corexit changes it yet again.

The gulf must be real crazy with ph changes over last few months.

Here I go again, linking up some more unrelated data into a idea.

Ok, oil can act and travel in a odd way if the ph changes in it's environment. I think that is shown in the laboratory experiment. I know we have nothing to show that it could be scaled up to something like the GOM or even a swimming pool, but it is tantalizing info, nonetheless.

Now, take the concept that the OP has given. us about the calibrators. With nothing more than scantinfo about them, I will go out on a limb and theorize that they are electonic devices of some sort to make a frequency change or hold a frequency of some sort of radio, magnetic, or acoustic system on board the submarine or surface vessel. Even though it has not been proven yet, we have discussed this at length before and that seemed to be a high probability.

If the device can be installed quickly, and in the field, it seems that it probably is a add on to a existing system.

Because of the following info that I just discovered, i think that it is a calibrator to set a electromagnetic frequency either in the electrostatic anti-fouling systems or just in the radio communication gear and anntennae on board.

I have just found out about physical conditioning of hard water. The ocean is undoubtable some of the hardest water you can find.

If the oil is actively following ph changes in the sea water, you would need to change the ph, OR the ability of the acids in the water to interact with the oil.

So, I took a leap of faith, and did some searching.

Sure enough, I found that there are commercially viable and available systems for using magnetic fields and/or radio waves to cause the alkalyne materials in water to chrystalize, precipitate out of solution, and no longer be able to react well with acids in the water. This would cause oil that is moving based on ph changes to halt in it's tracks and probably retreat if the radio power was strong enough and applied long enough.

Here is a simplified explanation for the process that I found. There are several engineering papers available if you look them up.
