I think Nexus Editor pointed out well enough the connection with the Chinese briefcases delivered to Embassies. Opening date 16th, less than a week later. I sort of assumed that the COBRA meeting was to organise the detention/silence of non-cleared people regarding the GoM/organism/BP-SAS-UK-DWH job.

It seems like a faction in/from the UK was acting outside of the Odessa Agreement/Protocols, but that the other parties took a back seat to watch what happened (for a while anyway).

Russian seems to be the most informed and concerned about whatever the organism is. It seems to have organised some sort of combined protocol to deal with it (Odessa) - but it seems that the parties under Odessa still try to play their own factions' agendas at the same time.

It seems that China is not fully aboard whatever it is that Odessa is trying to achieve.

China has recently allowed some high profile UFO stuff into its (carefully monitored) state media. UFOs hovering over airports bring them to a standstill, and top astronomers saying UFOs are real (basically). Sounds like China is prepping its peeps for a hard-info landing of sorts.

Heck, if we want to go woo woo - maybe China has come into recent information from one of the many visitors that are gawking at events unfolding on lil ole planet Earth - and thus doesn't need to tango with the Odessa crowd?

China is hoarding resources - it is expecting a long winter of discontent, on all levels. It ain't going on an expansionist war anytime soon - like the rest of the factions, they are waiting for the next big shake-up. Like the rest of the factions, they want to be able to emerge from the rubble and take over everything they can with whatever survived. Like the rest of the factions, China wants to lose its 'useless eaters' - and if nature/Earth changes don't step in soon, it will probably throw them at another country which wants to dump its own 'useless eaters'. Now what country near to China has around a billion people, including lots of its own useless eaters?

(PS: "Useless Eaters" is their phraseology. It does not reflect my own view of people. I consider that we are all immortal spiritual beings who have chosen to immerse ourselves in the Earth life system of experience)

Some relevant embassy news. :there is some intel that China has already started a Full Scale deployment and installation of the upgraded dongfeng 21.. to all their Navy vessels in Chinese waters. My Girlfriend said the Intel source says that the weapon system is ALREADY fully operational(contrary to other intel reports) and being customized to fit all naval suited vessels with strategic assets getting first priority.. the immediate deadline for the completion is the 11th of October.
She has has also seen a report where interpol was asked to arrest twelve persons in Belgium(3) and the UK (9) and to be extradited to Moscow. (She thinks this is related to the cobra issue and KremPP backlash)
