If B3 is a bo mb, then the ODESSA group had agreed to put the 3rd one back in play, and now have backed away from that idea as no longer being feasible.
We would have a better idea of the position of many of the players if we'd go back and check news items from about December forward. For instance, consider that the US occupation of Haiti likely plays into this oil drama theater.
