Looks like Earth is going to pass through the tail of this comet in a few weeks from now. Expect more fireballs maybe? Electrical Universe watchers will be expecting interactions of an electrical nature between Earth, Moon, Sun and the comet from beginning October to end November.

I quite surprised at how quiet the media is about it - it looks like it passes really close to Earth in the Orbit Diagram

Now there would be a conspiracy theory where we could now believe the spooks have their information on each and every one of us, and we could have our blackboard back when the spooks see fit, and we are all correlated and filed away for further research by the spooks. No though it is simply closed for the period in memory of those who died in the false flag which has come to be known as 9/11. Simple explanation so no conspiracy at all.
There has been some great information and knowledge posted here, and it all started with a spook of some sort. We have had all kinds of theories here from the most intelligent to the insane We have had people say it was a gimmick for a magazine ad, and we have people here who would ignore those they thought were of less intelligence. We have had a clique here who would wish to make this thread their own. I for my part in this would post what I thought was useful, but mostly I posted for the crack and to keep the thread alive. I also had a wish to see who would post the One Millionth post. This is because there is a thread on GLP looking to be the longest thread.
My initial thought on the thread was on of great interest as it lead us to look for information on this GoM "accident". I found this OP frustrating as did I find the posters code breaking. We have had code breaking out of the yazoo which led to the code itself eventually having to have a code. From the time of the OP becoming familiar with certain posters, this is where I would be suspect of the whole thing. This is not to say there is nothing wrong in the GoM. More like we gave the OP too much credence in the first place.
If this OP genuinely would have us have real information he could have given it in a simple fashion. If I wanted to tell of my neighbour knocking off my friends wife it would be a simple enough way to do it. All I would have to do is put the whole story up on a popular site, as could this OP as he seems most proficient with computers. The intelligent among us would have us believe this method of spilling the beans is too simple. They would have us think as to security and its effects. Well I am of the opinion any good computer whiz would know of proxies and the like. Myself, I know nothing of proxies or cute computer work, but I do know simplicity of the fool will fool the genius.
I do believe there are evil people in the world who would have us at war. This is their MO for wealth and power. My thought on this evil is simple. I have no great wealth or power as I believe they are a fleeting existence as is the life we lead. We are all mortal and as such we should try to deal with the ether within with honesty and respect for the mortality about us. There are no pockets in the shroud of our death. We leave this plain as we arrived, naked and helpless. So we would do well to remember how we behave between the point of arrival and departure, for what we do in between those two points will determine how our own personal ether is to survive on the next plane.
One final thought in all this. It would be nice to see this thread continue as the topics within are of importance to all who post and read here. It seems to me the OP has been left behind and this thread has taken on a life of its own despite his seeming importance initially. Honesty will eventually reap its own rewards in the end by all accounts.

I too have come to some conclusions as to the OP and this thread in general.
This thread has the potential to go some distance despite the OP being a bag of wind.
The OP has been given credence by virtue of the fact of there being code breakers here who would mystify his importance. The OP has used a world disaster for his own, and his handlers designs. By the way lets not be sexist here, we assume HE is HE because he has a girlfriend.
I mentioned a long while back as to the OP looking for an out in this which he seems not to have gotten. He is surely running short of information and may be at a loss for new posts.
True for what you say as to not being in the know with the code breakers for they too were talking in code to each other which only left them suspect also. However there are some here who are truthful and this is what life should be about. We should all realize the problems to face us in the future, for I fear only the stupid or clever dicks fail to realize, there is nowhere to hide for you or your children.

When it comes down to it though, there are only two choices, both of which are equally valid:

1 - its all a lie, a hoax, an experiment, with several people involved - based on partially real info and carefully crafted supplementary data.

2 - its largely real, and is based upon the selected leaking of genuine classified information by a group of people who are freaked out by what they know. Even if this is the case, I have no idea what they hope to achieve by doing this.

This has pretty much been the case from day one.

The Kissinger stuff was an obvious red flag, as was the 'two Venezuelan jets being shot down' episode. Yet I believe they were both relayed in good faith, and it is possible that they can be explained.

The attempt by Acolyte to provide an explanation was interesting in itself - because I know that 'layered information' is indeed a genuine tool employed by spooks when communicating in a public domain. You have to know things in common though for it to have relevance.

The thing to be careful of with this saga and the thread, is your emotional investment in it.

Some 'want' it TO be true; some 'want' the saga NOT to be true (in terms of fearing an alien lifeform etc); and some who 'want' it be be proven a lie. All three categories have an emotional attatchment to the outcome, and you can see it reflected in the thread posts.

Can I suggest that the idea of 'sitting on the fence' be considered? Number 1 - it allows a clearer and less emotionally clouded perspective of information. Number 2 - it allows people the chance not to feel defensive of OP or their own beliefs about it. Number 3 - it allows people to see that it is not necessary to attack another person's posts.

Obviously at nearly 600 pages into the thread, I am not the only one NOT convinced that its a huge hoax. So let's just all sit on the fence together, and watch what happens. If we see that we've been taken for a ride, well, we can point to the fun and facts and friends we've encountered on the journey together.

Otherwise, I'm staying on the bus to see where the next stop is...

The only emotional investment I have in this thread is that I want to have some kind of resolution. Positive or negative, proven or unproven, i just want to be able to say, "so *that's* what that was about", and not have wasted all the time I've spent reading it.
