Woodie mentioned both P S and M M C in his previous post, along with J P L.

B3 is the cargo - maybe time is UP for containing it. Don't know what P S represents. M M C as 2100 hours sounds good to me. 101 could be October 1. J P L standby seems to be what it says.

So what is P S?
