On reading this link it was not just one submarine,It was 3 different ships and 15 commanding officers this YEAR!!!That sounds almost like a mutiny!The charges will be as tgey always are TRUMPED up!!!!!Part of our navy DOES NOT WANT TO DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!I wonder if OP is involved?PerhPs he is a commanding officer trying to get the word out!!
