You wouldn't suppose...in their distorted way of thinking...that it could be possible that they purposely caused the Bio Hazard in the GOM to see where the waters were connected under earth??? Thus, the same type of Bio Hazard experienced in New Jersey and Washington. Because this shows them where the system travels, and they can kill off the fish and achieve their other agenda as well.
