Japan threatens build up of military forces amid rising tensions with China

Japan is threatening an almost 10 per cent increase in its ground defence forces in response to a growing diplomatic dispute with China.

Japan is considering stepping up its self-defence forces which include this plane flying over disputed islands in the region (pic)

Thanks for the heads-up dhlos. I was just reviewing this past nights postings, but jumping ahead too so I wouldn't miss anything. I'll watch for it.

Is this what you are talking about? I noticed it, and wondered why they are making a national incident out of this. Something tells me there is more to it.

"Japan counsels against 'extreme nationalism' in row with China

US voices concern at prospect of prolonged estrangement between the two countries
Tuesday 21 September 2010

"Nationalist messages flooded internet forums. On one popular portal, Netease, a user from Ningxia, north-west China, wrote: "Our national humiliation can never be forgotten. As an ordinary common person, all I can do is be angry and boycott Japanese goods; if there is a war, as a reserve officer, I will not hesitate!" Others attacked the Chinese government for not taking a stronger line.

Aside from the anti-Japanese vitriol flooding online forums, protests in China have been low-key. A strong police presence ensured that demonstrations in Beijing on Saturday to mark the anniversary of the start of Japan's occupation in 1931 passed off peacefully.

China's decision to suspend contacts at the ministerial level and above came after a Japanese court approved a request by prosecutors to hold Zhan until 28 September, when they must either indict or release him."

We little humans seem to know we are up against an Extinction Level Event; we don’t understand much about it, but are desperate to learn more. ............

(7) The antiman organism is likely just one of many players which helps to bring the end-time event to completion. It is irrelevant whether BP did it intentionally or not; if it is a player then it will make its entrance onto our stage in some way, probably through fissures all over the planet, such as Lake Baikal, Vostok, Gulf of Aden, Falklands, et al. ...........

Whitebeard

I contest the statement that "It is irrelevant whether BP did it...."

It is very relevant.

The people who have deliberately destroyed the Gulf of Mexico are corp-o-rat madmen who need to be stopped. Corporations operate under laws as legitimate businesses which, by incorporating, are agreeing to abide by standards and regulations already established in our social order. Those who fail to abide by such standards need to be found and removed from society to prevent the escalation of madmen.

Suspects in the destruction of the GOM and millions of life forms, and eventually leading to the murder of millions of people: [link to www.serpentproject.com]

Statoil, Norway's largest oil and gas company,

TOTAL E&P UK and Total Foundation for Biodiversity and the Sea,

BP,

Subsea 7 one of the worlds largest ROV operators,

Transocean the largest offshore drilling company in the world,

Chevron Corporation the largest integrated energy companies in the world,

Haliburton

[Note: With respect to US Air Force military responsibility, it is irrelevant who sent the missile into the Pentagon. The Air Force had responsibility to protect regardless of where the missile came from.

In the instance of the Gulf, we have no pre-arranged protection from madmen operating inside a corporate shelter and we must take immediate action to find the responsibility parties and eliminate them, including accessories operating inside US government agencies.]

I don't excuse the criminals who kill innocent victims. My point is simply that the source of a bomb becomes quickly irrelevant to its victims. The cataclysmic change is going to happen regardless of who plays bad guy. Much better for each person to deal with that truth than to get caught up the futile blame game. Too late for that now. As the fact becomes clear to more people, some will consider spiritual realities while others will angrily curse God and hide in caves which will become their tombs. The only reason that I attempt to say anything is because I think each person should have the right to choose for himself how he will face the inevitable. Look and consider what the Beasts in London are bringing down upon the heads and freezing homes of the people of Britain:

"Britain generates most of its energy from coal and gas fired power stations. All the power stations import most of the coal they need and only half of the country's demand for gas can now be supplied from the North Sea. This raises questions about how secure our energy supplies are for the future and how much they will cost."

but maybe that korean vessel was there in an attemp to foil that first SAS-action too ????
And now with that second rig the foil succeeded .... and was the crown prevented in jet another disasterous event ?
Why would they wanna blow up an other rig anyway ?
Want they more oil to spread ?
For food-supplying something, or for covering up more fisures and seafloor changes ?

Might be handy to pinpoint that 2nd rig according to where the DWH blow-up was ....

Wonder if that foiled attact is connected with the chinese briefcases-date comming near ?

The only reason that I attempt to say anything is because I think each person should have the right to choose for himself how he will face the inevitable. Some members of my family choose denial and somnolence; I don't argue with them lest I get held responsible for their choices. My path might not be theirs at all. So, I really don't care what anyone does with information I provide. I'm dropping pamphlets from 30,000 feet. Each can do with it what he will; I'm long gone.

While some may choose to deal with options for the inevitable situations facing being a "victim," I choose to hunt down, and take out the madmen to stop escalation of insane actions against my descendants who survive the "cataclysmic change."

Naming names does wonders!

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
Just asked this question: How many days does it take USS Decatur to go from San Diego to Middle East/Persian Gulf?

Answer:...travel will be 20 knots or so. speeds of 25 knots or more can be construed as an act of war

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
Additionally, the distance from San Diego to the Persian Gulf is
about 12,000 nautical miles and could be covered in about 25 days at
a sustained speed of 20 knots.

Sept 21- leave San Diego
Oct 15- arrive Persian Gulf

guess if they go a little faster, they could make it by OCTOBER 13

New Biosphere Reserves

Climate change is on the rampage, devastating many countries with different phenomena such as violent storms of unprecedented strength and rising sea levels that threaten to devour lowly elevated countries. If left unattended, climate change may grow to an extinction level event. To answer to the call to take action, the United Nations, as the biggest organization of independent countries had launched its campaign for the shift to sustainable energy also sometimes called clean or green energy.

Sustainable energy is the act of providing energy that sufficiently meets the demands of today without sacrificing the capability of the next generations to meet their needs come their time. All renewable energy sources such as such as plant matter, solar power, wind power, wave power, geothermal power and tidal power usually fall in this category. Sustainable energy sources may also include technologies that make energy generation more efficient. Conventional fission as well as other types of nuclear power can also be classified as sustainable. Such classification however, is very controversial because of the different dangers nuclear power brings along such as peak uranium, radioactive waste disposal and the risks of disaster due to accident, terrorism, or natural disaster.

The United Nations being the global leader for the advancement of sustainable energy has started helping create and develop sites for enhancing current techniques as well as developing new methods of generating green energy. The UN has recently named 13 more international sites dedicated to the development and testing of alternative approaches to environmentally sensitive economic growth, bringing the total number of such sites to 534.

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) had announced that all 534 sites are now focused on the advancement of biosphere technology, which involves the process of turning common waste into green electricity. The UN, in a press release, defined biosphere reserves as "places to test different approaches to integrated management of terrestrial, freshwater, coastal and marine resources and biodiversity," the UN agency said in a press release."

One of the latest Biosphere Sites is located in San Fernando, Philippines and aims to introduce the production of green electricity in the country, and other parts of the globe.

From U.S. 3rd Fleet Public Affairs

SAN DIEGO (NNS) -- Guided-missile destroyer USS Decatur (DDG 73) will depart San Diego for an independent deployment to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility (AOR) Sept. 21.

The primary focus of this deployment will be ballistic missile defense (BMD).
...as well as support the Navy's Maritime Strategy when forward deployed.

NAVAL MARITIME STRATEGY
The United States seeks to deter war; but whenany country starts hostilities or conflict, theUnited States defends itself and its allies.National military strategy rests on threebasic pillars: DETERRENCE, FORWARDDEFENSE, and ALLIANCE SOLIDARITY.When deterrence fails to prevent an enemy’sattack, the United States responds in one of fourforms. It (1) meets force with force at the pointof attack, (2) increases the intensity of the conflict,(3) alters the geographic width of the conflict, or(4) controls the duration of fighting.

Yep, Valiant Shield just ended yesterday.

“Valiant Shield is an exceptionally valuable exercise for the expeditionary strike force team,” said Rear Adm. Dan Cloyd, Commander, Task Force 70 (CTF 70). “It’s a unique opportunity for the carrier strike group and amphibious ready group to train together in a multi-dimensional threat environment, culminating with a series of live-firing events and forcible entry operations from the sea.

Valiant Shield presents a unique scenario taking place over water instead of land where aircraft have bases to operate. The scenario requires a different approach when conducting training.

I do not suggest that we should ruin more of the earth in retaliation for the death of the Gulf of Mexico.

I do ask all those from the UK how would you feel if your very important salt marshes were oiled to death by:

STATOIL

BP

TRANSOCEAN

CHEVRON

of the SERPENT team?

I saw your little Chinatown dinner add ... and frowned my eyebrows ...lol... wanted to come back on it after I catched up if no 1 else tuned in on it.
But they did not.
I got a family-phonecall afther my hawk-eyes post so I could get back to reacting on this and your guesses ...lol..

wanst it "foiled chop-choi" that you said ?
Did you wanted to say that the CHINESE foiled the attact on that rig ???

And ... wait ...
OP said that the SAS did the job on that first rig ... and the officials wanted to blame the (N or S ???...sorry) Koreans for it,
but maybe that korean vessel was there in an attemp to foil that first SAS-action too ????
And now with that second rig the foil succeeded .... and was the crown prevented in jet another disasterous event ?
Why would they wanna blow up an other rig anyway ?
Want they more oil to spread ?
For food-supplying something, or for covering up more fisures and seafloor changes ?

Might be handy to pinpoint that 2nd rig according to where the DWH blow-up was ....

Wonder if that foiled attact is connected with the chinese briefcases-date comming near ?

guys i apologise if i came down on you too hard
its just that im very taken by the situation as i feel apart from the regional catastrophe it is a global event
hence i will tell what i 'believe' to know

my personal life is hurting due to time i have put into this thread over the past 3months or so

i try to post only clippings of info that match to 75% (on my scale) avoiding distraction as much as possible (no one is perfect though)

so yes my dear friends (and eagle eye krispy;))
almost everything with H.M. in front is considered hostile (not always openly) by the odessa pact

the chinese are as the op said (i think) playing dice, never showing their true colours
it was they who sunk one sas dingy (of the two) and stopped the situation from being irreversible (to the larger extent)
after a second but foiled platform incident

my sources indicated an escalation of hostilities between the ancient rivals china and japan with public media visibility by the end of this or the beginning of the next month (basically now)

my best appraisal is that the diplomatic pouches contain china's 'get out clause' in an attempt to de focus global outcry for their pre planned actions (et has something to do with it too), all major embassies have received the chinese timelocked envoy suffice a few (less than a handful;)

the four theaters all wish to be connected (for those with an understanding) in order to complete the planetary grid for the receiving of info from the 1 source, to be followed by one of those 'evolutionary leaps' that the sciences have recorded before in the flora and fauna of the planet.

we are all but children in the garden
we have all done our part destroying our wonderful blue sphere either by intent or misguidance or ignorance
the time has come to decide
which side of the dividing line do you stand on?

you must awaken and be the wise adults of the neighborhood

something is happening
something beautiful
with or without us
decide...:
