Heading straight into Havana. Is there a reason a ship would be this far east if it is going around Cuba?



Joint Frost is in Havana now. What's with this? A couple of places had noted that its next stop was Costa Rica. Do these ships get to make a pit stop on the way their to published destination? Curious be cause we had Crescent Moon reported going to Cuba, plus the report of the 88 on a ship from Cuba.

I cannot image that Cuba/Castro would knowingly aid in the destruction and death of the Gulf of Mexico.
