We cannot accept any reports on the Gulf issue at face value, regardless of the source. It has come down to using the powers of deduction to attempt to figure what is going on.

I thought wow to stop a craft on a boosted trajectory travelling at one million kilometres a day and have it retreating 25 centimetres a day is something to be taken seriously.

I am not sure if anyone else followed up on this but I discovered that this information is wrong. Turns out from the looks of it that it is a poor translation to English of comments made by Egyptian space scientist Farouk al-Baaz. The spacecraft has slowed by 25 centimetres a day. No one is certain as to why so it is still interesting, just not quite so dramatic.

I agree things do get a little excitable. I am sure we have gamers skipping in and out as well as the usual flow of disinformation. Despite these frustrations I love the diversity I find here, every so often a gem is uncovered. I understand that I know so very little about WTF is actually happening, but I am not so blind or in denial to not see something sure as hell is.

I guess we just have to as in all things try and sift the good from the bad.

If so, enjoyed the ride, saw a lot of interesting things on the way. Who of us is not better informed (or more aware) of the world after this? Possibly that is the entire purpose? Cleverly done if that's the case.

That still leaves us with some very talented people who want to figure out whats happening in the GOM and beyond. What say you.

The last event in the 1870s did not seem to have a profound effect on humans. A stronger one might. I seeing this as having a more subtle effect on us. Communicating with our DNA and making alteration. There is some evidence from the past that tends to support this. I also suspect it will have an effect on mass consciousness.

As to the metal rods in your back I can't speak to the effects it might have on you. probably no more than anyone else. But not sure.

There's bound to be a life threatning event at some time in the future, geological history demonstrates that, but currently it's difficult to determine whether anyone knows any more than the next man.

Good morning everyone. brilliant thoughts and ideas from all of the posters... truly the term 'BESERKER' fits. This thread, in my opinion, has evolved way beyond the scope of any thread I have seen on GLP, and I have been on GLP for years, in one form or another. I say that because of the info that is being released by OP concerning the events happening in the GOM, and the impact it is having, and will continue to have, on the world. I believe these are real events, if I didn't, frankly, I wouldn't still be here on this thread.

A few pages back I made a post about the 'out of the box' thinking here on this thread, and it is true. We can speculate, and we should speculate, but if you're speculation takes a different direction, a direction away from OP's posts, then,. IMO... you are going down a rabbit hole. As if this thread wasn't enough of a rabbit hole already. For me, I believe the OP, even though sometimes it seems to make no sense. I have my reasons.

OP made some things very clear in his/her last post (Q&A). Go back and read it again. This is bigger than just the GOM... it is global in impact!

Get out of the box, and stay there.
