What do you mean that "no BP was obvious not in total control" ?

The DoD document I read put BP in control, which is the reason they were allowed to bring in private security and block off the beaches and access to the Gulf.

There were some questions if the oil, corexit and bioremediation bacteria and nanotechnology were shown in this thread to be connected.

We have discussed them many times 100ts of pages back.

But being who I am I did a googlesurch about it, to see if something new and relevant was to be found.

The bacteria are deffenately geneticaly modified:

I am an reasonably new doom-tard, so I don't know enough about Reuters to say this or that... I can say with some certainty that Gabriel and the AC have sufficiently impressed me that the timing must be sooner than mid october for the full election effect to take place. In one way I am happy about that but really it's going to be sad and suck for everyone involved... a real bloodbath if we are seeing it right (politically anyway).

If the major news services are covering it in the US then shit is going to break. That's what I think. :)

About the Clean Water Act, there are several levels, and locally we are dealing with these issues. The installed g'ment has the right to "delegate" and that is basically what the O Admin has done by allowing the DoD to authorize BP to take control of the containment and cleanup of the spill. Under these circumstances, O is no more directly responsible for the containment and cleanup, except for the fact that ultimate responsibility is with the authorizing g'ment and in the US, the buck stops at the Oval Office.

I don't think that anyone in their right mind is actually suggesting that the g'ment appoint a czar, set up a Dept of BP Oil Spill Cleanup, together with all the related government bureaucracy that goes with it, which would in effect put the US government in the oil and gas drilling business.

My concerns are these:

First, that the government knows that the reservoir has been breached and the oil/gas continues to gush and that BP, by lack of "public" response to that incident, has not taken responsibility for the breach, [switch the wells on the cams and lied about it] and the rig workers were killed in the cover up blowout of the Deepwater Horizon Rig;

Second, that the EPA and the US Ghost Guard allowed the spraying of Corexit without a satisfactory explanation. This explanation is a MUST DO, because of the dangers of the chemicals and the catastrophic effect of the dispersal.

Do you start putting department heads on the chopping block in the middle of all this? Probably not a good idea. I'd guess that these guys and gals already have their lawyers.

Right now, what it comes down to for the immediate term, is exactly what one of the Gulf Coasters said on a vid:

"Don't let BP roll outta here until the mess is cleaned up."

If BP makes an attempt to leave, then the US needs to physically possess every piece of equipment and every asset owned by the company, even it it takes possession at gunpoint. Others are guilty, but BP is the party that agreed to do the containment and cleanup in exchange for control of the operation.
