One theme that was pervasive in all the ex-military officer's presentation is that of a perceived benevolence. If the ETs had any desire to do real harm, they would have long ago done so. A couple of times when the nukes were directly affected, they were only superficially disabled and easily restored to service-ready condition.

That says it all in regard to intent wouldn't you think?

hi ahim-sa. you mention the officers perceived benevolence by et,and i will ass-u-me that its inspired by the disabling of the nukes. Since nuke missiles are service-ready at all times, at what point did the intervention by et happen. presumably , by their perceived benevolence,at a time of impending deployment. This then begs the question,AT WHAT POINT WERE WE ABOUT TO DEPLOY NUKES? and ,of coarse, how often? Cuban missile crises comes to mind. I was taught that jfk personally made the decision not to launch, or was that properganda put out to cover the fact that they couldnt launch. If not the cuban thing ,has there been MORE almost nuclear wars???? If et disabled nukes at a time of no risk of deployment it would be seen as a demonstration of their strength, not of their benevolence. (hey didnt someone here say there are a stack of two mile long ufo`s heading this way?) any thoughts guys?

About yesterdays's disclosure: I find it interesting that this specifically was about the neutralising of nuclear weapons, the very things which for a long time have been a primary tool of fear. Effectively, what they were saying is that the odds are that if humanity ever starts a nuclear war, those arms will be neutralised on the ground, in the air, at any point in the chain of attack. In fact, it looks like pressing the button might well guarantee the sudden appearance of a host of UFOs.

I wonder if those guys looked so nervous because they were saying to TPTB, "in your face, your weapons of fear are useless" ?

Just a thought.

Right so lets PUSH IT...

And then they can sell me one of those silos for real cheap...

They make great multi level bunkers...

That would be so cool...

Me personally, my opinion is subject to any manner of variations. All depends on who has the floor that day in my bicameral noggin.

As to the video's disclosures, I cannot recall any mention of synchronicity with external events. Some craft merely shone lights on the silos and others caused technical glitches that affected their battle readiness.

Hello Hans, 1145 wed..

after yesterday discussion, I posted in other sites regarding the real meaning of the press club announcement, my friend then posted this......

This is an edited 10 minute version of the hour-long radio broadcast that aired on William Cooper's Hour of the Time show. It discusses the history and planning of a possible HOAXED alien invasion to set the stage for a one-world government. UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION DEFEND THE BILL OF RIGHTS PRESERV...

[link to www.youtube.com]

she also added.....‎"Milton William Cooper, known to many as Bill Cooper (May 6, 1943 - November 5, 2001) led the anti-NWO truth movement before being murdered by the authorities shortly after 911. William Cooper had predicted the 911 attacks in June 2001 and... that the attack would be blamed on CIA asset Osama Bin Laden.

William Cooper was a radio host, author and political activist known for his best selling underground book of all time titled 'Behold A Pale Horse' and his worldwide shortwave radio show Hour of the Time. A White House memo named William Cooper, "...the most dangerous radio host in America". William Cooper's FBI file, promulgated by the investigation required by his security clearances while in military service, was one of those unlawfully in possession of the White House in what has become known as, "Filegate". Shortly after this discovery President Clinton ordered all federal agencies to begin investigation, persecution, and prosecution of Mr. Cooper to shut him up.

Cooper lectured in every state of America and at Wembly Stadium in London, England at a conference titled: ‘Global Deception’.

I met Bill here in Phoenix back in 95. He changed his stance on UFOs over the years but never wavered in pursuit of truth.

He shone as a man who refused to live in fear.

A bit off-topic and also not.

Since we talked about UFO's yesterday,
I will post this coz it is interesting in the speculation
if the reported thing MIGHT BE something else then what is said in the snippet ... ;)

Magnetic anomalies shield the Moon
(EDIT to post link :) [link to www.physorg.com]

snip:

Magnetized regions called magnetic anomalies, mostly on the far side of the Moon, were found to strongly deflect the solar wind, shielding the Moon’s surface.
... Observational evidence for these findings were presented by Drs. Yoshifumi Futaana and Martin Wieser at the European Planetary Science Congress in Rome, on Friday 24th September.

Atmosphere-less bodies interact with the solar wind quite differently than the Earth: Their surfaces are exposed without any shielding by a dense atmosphere or magnetosphere. This causes them to be heavily weathered by meteoroids or the solar wind, forming a very rough and chaotic surface called regolith. Previously, the solar wind was thought to be completely absorbed by regolith. However, recent explorations of the Earth's moon by the Chang'E-1, Kaguya and Chandrayaan-1 spacecrafts have revealed that this interaction is not that simple.

A significant flux of high energy particles was found to originate from the lunar surface, most probably due to the solar wind directly reflected off the Moon’s regolith. “These results may change dramatically the way we understood the solar wind-regolith interaction so far,” says Dr. Futaana of the Swedish Institute of Space Physics. “Since the solar wind is one potential source of water on the Moon, we need to make better models of the lunar hydrogen circulation in order to understand how water molecules form in its upper layers. Also, it will be possible to remotely investigate the solar wind-surface interaction on other airless bodies, such as Mercury or the Martian moon Phobos, by imaging the energetic hydrogen atoms that are reflected back to space when the solar wind hits their surface,” he adds.

>>The FAR SIDE .... guys wake up !!!!!

... who sais it is not comming from whats under the surface ?
It was discussed before that our moon but also Phobos (and Deimos) could be artificial stations made by our alien friends ...
What if these fluxes of high energy particles ar due to "action" beneath the surface ? (INSIDE the -holow- moon(s) ??) ...

AND it (the article above) was said at that congress in Rome !!!
Again a piece of info that works towards a certain DISCLOSURE ?? ....

Talking about the Moon...When I was working for a large aerospace company here in Washington state <guess who> I heard a few stories, one of which was that the reason USA got to the moon and then suddenly stopped was that they found they were not the first to be on the moon, in fact there appears to be a very substantial mining operation going on. Ground Control studied the situation and sent word to LEAVE...Quickly! And they never went back. I was shown 8X10 prints of something that looked a little like those cranes on top of buildings, only huge that seemed to be digging on side of crater. If I was driving a little Lunar Rover and came over a hill and saw that I would soon find out how fast that thing would go in reverse.
 Quoting: Hans The Magnificent

They left quickly. the moon buggies were developed to take them to the darkerside of the moon, guess they explored the wrong domes and were run off. whatever they gathered from those missions and some of it cargoed to Skylab may never be revealed. some of the experiments on Skylab other than space sex was rumored to have lent to the rapid development of better silicone conductors and other things such as kevlar and so on. what really went on in Skylab ?

the ruskies sent a unmanned rover there and it got jacked. kind of like that commercial with the moon buggy huh ?
I like the hollow moon theory, imo.
oh yeah, whats up HANS my man ? hows the brats, potatoes and beer going ?

OK, I'm heading the Bevy's for beverages and to Krispy's for potato salad and freshly baked bread with garlic butter!! OMG, my hips just grew thinking about that, but y'all HAVE to come to my house for my famous beef brisket! Rub applied 24 hours in advance, then smoked low and slow for about 8-10 hours with mesquite wood for smoke. Let rest for an hour before eating. No knives required. The weather is cooling down enough that the smoker will back in action very soon!!

Russian DNA Discoveries Regarding TimeAll information is from the book "Vernetzte Intelligenz" von Grazyna Fosar und Franz Bludorf, ISBN 3930243237. Article edited and translated from German. Summarized and commented by Baerbel. You can reach the authors here: Kontext - Forum for Border Science [link to www.fosar-bludorf.com.]

Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained.

The human DNA is a biological Internet and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. The latest Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more.

In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes. Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered "junk DNA."

The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore that 90% of "junk DNA." Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary!

According to there findings, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code —especially in the apparent "useless" 90%— follows the same rules as all our human languages.

To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. Therefore, human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.

The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of DNA. In brief the bottom line was: "Living chromosomes function just like a holographic computer using endogenous DNA laser radiation." This means that they managed, for example, to modulate certain frequency patterns (sound) onto a laser-like ray which influenced DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself.

Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) is of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary. One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven!

Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies (sound) are being used. This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language.

While western researchers cut single genes from DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically created devices that influence cellular metabolism through modulated radio and light frequencies, thus repairing genetic defects.

All this talk about terraforming is something I know a little about. Sometime in the 1990's I wrote a detailed paper at University on terraforming, including how it could be done with then existing technology...No breakthroughs needed. Powerpoint presentation, the last frame was a shot taken from American Mars Lander of a Martian sunset. Lot of red in that picture. Got ooohs und ahhhs. i calculated that we could have people on Mars by 2010. I may see if I can dig it up, if I even brought it over. Would need to be translated from German but that is no problem.

His thread about the UVB-76 doesn't sound like anything "GOOD" is on its way... or maybe i'm misinterpreting it (shrugs shoulders) :)
in a separate thought - I was thinking that somehow the "intelligent oil" is not so benevolent - and many of the ET's currently on/under this earth - are the bad guys.... They are going to announce VERY soon that we are witnessing an unprecedented external threat from outer space. - in essence, the bad guys here on earth are going to "tell us" that bad guys are coming in - when in fact they are the good guys?? :) lol

It's not like the whole world isn't watching, and sending their own scientists to figure out if some mass destruction weapon or craft for a war or two is being home brewed right before the worlds eyes. At this time the GOM is the navel of the earth.

I posted a vid aways back (last ten days) of what was purported to be from a Japanese satellite tracking a fleet of UFOs.

Can't get the darn video to play now from the site, but here is image capture.

Does anybody know Japanese if I can find the video again? Would be nice to know what they're talking about.

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine

(hey didnt someone here say there are a stack of two mile long ufo`s heading this way?) any thoughts guys?

ok, here are my "fringe" thoughts... the Intelligent oil - is somehow connected to Stuxnet - which the Russian Federation said is not a "virus" ... he ALL BUT SAID that it was Extra Terrestrial, activated by the SUN.
:) lol

(I said it was fringe :)

the intelligent in the oil is networked nano fishies doing the job they were set out to do right from the petri dish that man made and programmed. all that junk jewelry as a building foundation for mutiple levels of construction and application.
