Japanese satellite tracking fleet of UFOs

I posted a vid aways back (last ten days) of what was purported to be from a Japanese satellite tracking a fleet of UFOs.

Can't get the darn video to play now from the site, but here is image capture.

Does anybody know Japanese if I can find the video again? Would be nice to know what they're talking about.
