Hi tutu watu."One hundred years of solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez is a read i would highly reckomend for someone like you with an agile mind. Its a novel but very different. Loved it just as much the second time.

Why, thank you! I'm always looking for a good read, even though this thread has taken up much of my reading time of late. I'm stalled out on three books right now - one nonfiction and two novels. My housemate works at the local bookstore, so I'll put it on my list. Thanks, again.
