I wish to share a quick story of my family vacation, the four of us just got back from visiting my mother in South Carolina. She lives outside of Columbia so not on the shore. Anyhow everything was fine the first couple of days and then they had a line of storms move up from the Gulf region...

Nothing anecdotal about having rashes and swollen eyes..I am so afraid for everyone living in the Gulf States...and the other states whose rain comes from that area...eventually, we will ALL be affected by what's gone on there..one way or another, or infected...what a shame...do take care...and seek medical help if what you have, doesn't go away soon..



Just a day 3 update. My eyes are noticeably less swollen yet still really red (bags above and below not the whites of my eyes) but the rashes we got under our armpits are getting worse. There is a slight pain associated with them as well, hard to tell if it is because of rash itself or location. Also, my wifes rash on her side has not gotten any better and almost looks like pimples only much not as uniform and with white tips intermediately appearing. We are going to call our doctor and see what she says. Something interesting that I neglected to mention yesterday is the armpit rashes appear to 'be connected' to lymph nodes for lack of better phrasing. Both of us have very tender breast areas and it seems to be a direct line to the rash. Thank you for the words of concern and will continue to update unless you guys think it should go someone else.
