If a person is truly in touch with their body it will tell them what it needs to eat!A certain amount of fat is necessary in the diet.The nerve sheaths and white matter in the brain and spinal column are made of myelin which is a fat!To deprive oneself of fat places one at high risk for demyelinating disorders such as multiple sclerosis,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and the like!!!!It is for this reason that I consume full fat butter and cream and drink full fat milk and yoghurt!!!!!!!Margerine and other processed so called
low fat foods are deadly!
