Oceans are full of them, the warmer the ocean the more there are. If you combine those with Electro Magnetic Biological Warfare Directed Energy Weapon, what would change its DNA (even 1 part) then you would have something new and different what could look like an Ebola-virus.
He discusses that it could be that they deliberately de-oxynising the GOM in an attemt to stop the growth of this changed biological form.

Here the host reads from the Bearden book and describes how back in Afghanistan where this weapon by the Sovjets/russians was "tested" (they said it was a GAS but that was a lie), men who had been "hit" by this weapon 'instantly' died coz every bacteria , cell and virus in and on their body instantly died ... and they did NOT DECAY for very long time (some even not after 30 days!!!) as if they were iridated with COBALT (!!!) 60 nuclear gamma radiation !!!! He says that it makes a lot of sense that now in the GOM (and probably at more places around the world) different factions are using this kind of EM-weapon, and similar weapons with which they all can do something to something : manipulating the weather (> non hurricane has gone through the gulf, and THAT has NEVER happened before!!), the other changing bacteria creating dengue or pestus, an other trying to stop that from happening, etc ...
They are all using it against echother !

He has the opinion that the depletion of oxygen out of the water does not fit the corexit alone ! There HAS to be more going on. A biological warfare , starf the bacterial virusses to death coz then they can not mutate or reproduce without oxygen. (only become dormant again)
