No, those coordinates are for northwestern Austria. near the border

I still dont think they are ufo's ,though if they are they are in a better place to make an appearence over a major city.

First thing that came to me when I saw them was lightening strikes. It
may just be the CCD camera overwhelmed by the bright light at those points. We also do not know how long the image exposure was. But heck, it could be anything....
