life or something like it will be having an unexpected "birth" in a lab, most likely in the northern hemisphere, and most likely military, an experiment of frequencies has an unexpected "birth of a problem child", creating conditions for a "runaway" that gets out of hand. It creates self sustaining conditions for a field of energy. Not CERN but an underground laboratory that creates its own energy field as part of the experiment, but then outside sensory frequencies will grab the core of the field such that conditions will continue to manifest. Said life, which is not life per'say, will"decide" to get out of lab, tptb will panic, msm will lie about it.
