Ego? what ego are you speaking of COL?...I have said very little on this thread lately...and was stating MY opinion...so if I do that...I'm attacking someone, or showing I have a big ego?? Hey, I thought we were on the same side here...and it seems that there were those who weren't real shy about dissing Nexus' opinion...so it's ok for some but not for others?? I'm not allowed to agree with, in my personal opinion, a couple posters who have added a lot to this thread?? The mess in the gulf affects us all...not just those who live there...and perhaps what happened there, is just part of a very very big picture...

I have a g.kid who plays fast pitch...tournament in Medford, Oregon a couple week-ends ago..her/hubby go to a buffet restaurant twice...and she eats shrimp both times...one day later she has blisters on her lip and inside her cheek that swell her lip to at least 3 times the normal size..her cheek is obviously swollen(sticking out to here>>>>>) and she's in excruciating pain...Monday the doc says he's never seen anything like it, doesn't know what it is...but it is NOT an allergic reaction...some sort of infection...from what??? NO ONE KNOWS...he gives her anti-biotics and two weeks later she has nasty looking crusted scabs on her lip, and the swelling has finally gone down in her cheek...NO CLUE as to what happened to her...my suspicion...is the shrimp she ate...but once again...NO ONE KNOWS..apparently the shrimp served came from CHINA...I think they came from the Gulf...as the seafood supplier is International...so yes...I'm as concerned as anyone else as to what's going on in the Gulf, and with China as a whole..never underestimate your opponent...

i never heard of a sub running aground because of tide movement, that in itself is a bad explanation

sudden loss of power (emp) could render a sub inoperative, i would say the rn was "lucky" ;) to have this happen to them at shallow waters, at least they can salvage some dignity

Of course I know we all realize that an attack by emp would be impossible to see...not like a bomb, or actual live fire....just as we know, that NO experienced pilot is going to deliberately fly a plane into the ground, we'd also know that no Commander is going to deliberately take his sub into shallow water, just to run aground...there must have been some sort of interference, from somewhere, that eliminated that Commander's control over his sub...

The myelin sheath, in lay terms as I understand it, is like the "return" or neutral / earth wire in an electrical feed. It is this that is damaged in the poorly understood condition Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

I have known and still know several people who suffer MS, my next-door neighbour for one, and he's had 24-hour care for years because of near-total paralysis caused by this. So that's the outcome, a kind of living death.

I remembered that I ALSO HAD A DREAM ABOUT NEURONES BEING AFFECTED BY THE GOO!! LONG BEFORE AGO, LIKE IN AUGUST!! OMG!!

Do we have any information about these "augies" being deployed , or embedding themselves inside the Myelin sheaths of any subject?? If these organisms can, in fact, mix their sub products into the neuronal gap?

(although that does reflkect what ex-servicemen said about UFOs over missile launch tubes)

But that's not the direction I was going !

We supposedly have (4) main theatres of Augie around the globe, and more occuring, or at least 'were' occuring until the Ruskies shared the tech' to manage splashzones. (calibrators)

The area that the sub ran aground is reasonably tight, given the vessel's size. A narrow channel in a wider area.

Right at the beginning of BEZERK, many commented that this sounded a lot like the movie The Abbyss (spelling?)

Could the Chinese have the ability to effect ground/water displacement, on land and beneath oceans that would effectively displace large amounts of water, or effect its natural flow, thus making said sub run aground?

Its out there I know, but I've kinda been on this bent for a while. Control whats under the ground, and you can move mountains, or part seas.. (sounds familiar..? naah..)

Just saying its not always the obvious that is responsible for an outcome.

I believe that the gulf coast residents are being sickened by and are dying as a result of IDENTICAL CONTACT!
I think it is chemical though one can never rule out some type of bug....

I remember watching a video clip of the ROV (I believe this is what is called - the underwater vehicle) at the Deepwater Horizon underwater capping event when something occurred that caused the seafloor, and everything within camera view, to suddenly jolt and move as though it were being influenced by some type of great force at a distance. I'm sure others saw this as well, although I don't have the link to add to the discussion to back my claim.
