I believe that the gulf coast residents are being sickened by and are dying as a result of IDENTICAL CONTACT!
I think it is chemical though one can never rule out some type of bug....
Why should people have to be DECONTAMINATED......SHOES ONLY IF THEIR SHOES TOUCH THE WATER ON A CLOSED BEACH??
