my guess would be to use nukes of some type (not necessarily big bada booms) to create enough heat to get the Currents moving.
HD...did you ever notice the "chemtrails" in the sky of your
avatar??? I just did. Here in Socal, they are double and triple gridding today.
Yup, sure are...noticed this morning. First clear skies in weeks...WTF?
