I saw the "Cosmic Event" on the RSOE site. The one BHD posted earlier. It was reported in air space in Canada and the US. I believe Seattle fireball was part of the multiple display that was posted at RSOE. Crazy stuff!

Well Pops, you can chew on it all you want, but if you cannot convince the TV station to give you the witnesses' contact info, or you can't dig up more witnesses, then your sources will have to be second hand. I kinda doubt the hologram malfunction. The other explanations you offer seem reasonable to me. We do have meteor activity, and there is a world of space junk up there that could very well be knocked out of orbit by any number of things - just look at all the airplane crashes and groundings in the last few days.
