I have been thinking at length about the West Coast 'missile' and have come to conclusion that perhaps WE WERE NOT MEANT TO SEE IT but that something went wrong and it was visible far and wide.Perhaps some type of 'cloaking' device malfunctioned or was caused to malfunction due to some kind of INTERFERENCE.This INTERFERENCE could have also have affected the Cruise Ship that was dead in the water at around the same time! Why on earth did it need submarines etc as escort back to the dock?Well these are just thoughts but they came up and I thought that they might be relevant.....
