Love what everyone is saying here lately which is 'stichin' the bezerk tapestry together nicely. I'll only add this in response to rken. He said the modern day Egyptians are proud of their relics. Hope that sentiment continues as opposed to the way their Arab forebearers were determined to erase what they saw as idolatry.

My most fervent prayer is that their conservancy efforts have focused on cleaning up the chambers throughout "Chrefren's" pyramid, especially the King's chamber.

I am still saddened by my memory of entering that sacred spot and the shock of seeing the Sarcophagus, the once and future repository of the Ark being used as an ashtray and urinal. The stench of pee and stale tobacco was NOT what once filled the stillness of the place.

I have seen one photo on the internet that shows a recent visitor sitting in the sarcophagus inside a now-immaculate King's chamber which does appear suitably ready for what all is about to come.

Hail Horus.

Agreed, Ahim-sa, and I'm about to watch this video that looks to be real interesting and along the lines of our current discussion of grids and sacred sites.

On my recent trip to Egypt with Carmen Boulter and group, I ran into Hugh Newman, who was there a day or two early for his trip with Robert Bauval. We had a brief chance to chat while on the plateau behind the Great Pyarmid. He is the author of "Earth Grids: The Secret Patterns of Gaia's Sacred Sites". In addition, he organises the Megalithomania Conferences in Glastonbury (www.megalithomania.co.uk), and in March of 2011 is co-hosting Megolithomania in South Africa with Michael Tellinger. Check out the Megolithomania site for more information on Hugh and the conferences.

Our talk covers his recent research into the Earth grids and his growing interest in the role that water plays in conducting the energy through the various vortexes created in sacred places.
