In regards to the earth flipping it had to have happend prior to 25,000 years ago, due to the placing of the pyramids in relation to the stars when retrogressed for alignment.
In regards the schumann frequency. From what I have read the frequency is directly related to the size of the earth in diameter, so for the frequency to change the earth would either have to shink or expand. Expansion would raise the frequency. rken
