Sea Water Antenna

Sea water is pumped from the ocean into a stream and the width and length of the stream determine the frequency capabilities. An 80-foot-high stream could transmit and receive from 2 to 400 mHz with a relatively small footprint. The Sea Water Antenna is capable of transmitting and receiving VHF signals and has been tested at a receiving range of over 30 miles.

I thought this interesting and might tie in with the GOM and our bacteria.rken

I've been learning so much and something kinda nags at my brain. Could our excessive electrical use cause some of the damage we are experiencing around the world? I know the Gulf Stream has caused havoc, but there is evidence the currents have changed before. Could the combination of these cause the severe weather, the magnetic pole axis moving, and the nature seeming off balance? I guess I'm asking if electric can effect the magnetic or gravity system here on earth? Maybe even be felt by neighboring planets too? Maybe carbon doesn't play a big enough role to cause the changes alone.

Just wondering is all.

I'm not sure if our electrical use is enough to affect the planet, but you have raised a real possibility. The MAGNETISM generated by electrical plants and huge motors in factories could certainly interfere with many natural processes. Could be the cause of the problems with 'missing' bees and the seeming difficulties of birds to navigate. I know when they cut down a bunch of trees and built all those homes behind
me, they ran high voltage power lines in. Those things generate a lot of noise in my ham radio and cuts down the range.
So yes, you are on to something here,Isis. All this electrical stuff could be doing unknown damage to the planet(s) which we will only find out after it is too late.

Govt sues BP, 8 other companies in Gulf oil spill

The Justice Department on Wednesday sued BP and eight other companies in the Gulf oil spill disaster in an effort to recover billions of dollars from the largest offshore spill in U.S. history.
The Obama administration's lawsuit asks that the companies be held liable without limitation under the Oil Pollution Act for all removal costs and damages caused by the oil spill, including damages to natural resources. The lawsuit also seeks civil penalties under the Clean Water Act.
"We intend to prove these violations caused or contributed to the massive oil spill," Attorney General Eric Holder said at a news conference.
The federal lawsuit says inadequate cementing of the well contributed to the disaster. Similar charges were made by BP in its internal investigation, and by the independent presidential oil spill commission. But Halliburton Co., the contractor in charge of mixing and pumping the cement, is not named in the suit. READ MORE--> [link to news.yahoo.com]

I've worked in EMP. I stood on the largest manmade wooden structure on earth called TRESTLE which was a bounded wave EMP simulator at Abuquerque, NM. I can tell you that for the most part EMP is 99% hype and 1% reality. We physicists hyped it to make work for ourselves. We scared the generals that their entire force would lose operational capability during an EMP event. We made millions and some of us had yachts we grew so rich off the scam. Then Hollywood picked up on our hype and started using it as a plot device in movies. So the now the public has this completely ludicrous idea that EMP is going to shut down all electronics. Its ludicrous if your really know the truth. Funny actually. It might take out some of the power grid and things hooked up to it like a lightning strike. Thats about it. Maybe.

My friend John, a physicist with a straight A transcript confronted them on it. He was a genius in physics and much too honest for government work, He told them it was all bullshit and they pushed him out because he was interferring with the scam. I left voluntarily because it was such horseshit and I worked in nuclear radiation from then on.

This blog report does not make sense without more explanation. Surely, there is computer modeling which calculates for the possibility of an emp "strike" affecting equipment.

If harm from emp cannot be calculated mathematically and modeled, then how did they get contracts from the military for testing?

Is it possible that the blogger is referring to a situation where an emp strike is virtually impossible for some reason? If so, then he needs to state such.

I think the position the physicist who ran the test is taking the position that EMP attacks are Much Overrated,
Generally do not do much damage, and a 'Horseshit Scam'.

EMP HAS been shown to cause damage to electronic components on a small scale but to build something capable of wiping out electronic systems throughout the Hemisphere in one strike would take some serious horsepower.

According to one cable, the British newspaper said, BP thought the Azerbaijan leak in September 2008 was the result of a "bad cement job." Former BP CEO Tony Hayward partly blamed a "bad cement job" by contractor Halliburton for the Deepwater Horizon disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Guardian reported that cables show that some of BP's partners in the gas field complained that information was being withheld from them. After the Gulf blowout, BP was accused of not sharing information initially with U.S. authorities.

The Guardian also reported that cables revealed by WikiLeaks on Wednesday showed:

Azerbaijan's president accused BP of stealing $10 billion worth of oil from his country and using "mild blackmail" to secure rights to develop gas reserves in the Caspian Sea region. ..... "

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin Monday congratulated the dock trials of the Alexander Nevsky nuclear submarine in northern region of Severodvinsk, saying the submarine is due to enter service in Dec. 2011, local media reported on Monday.

Alexander Reznikov, a new strategic missile-carrying submarine of the Borei class, is currently under construction at the Sevmash shipyard.

"The nuclear submarine is due to be handed over to the navy in 2011 if work goes at the set pace," Putin was quoted by local media as saying.

Assessment of the Stuxnet report concludes that Siemens and Areva are working together to force cap and trade.

The author is connecting Siemens and Areva (owned 90% by France) and gives us a timeline beginning June of 2009, the time when Stuxnet was found. We consider the following.

These two corporations are supposedly competitors.

The Stuxnet virus would almost certainly have had to have been created within Siemens.

Areva is structured to be a major world player in the cap and trade bankster bonanza.

The author of the Stuxnet virus report suggests four possible motives for creating the virus and explains the ountries which are susceptible, the means, the motives and the opportunity for attack. Listed here:

Attack Scenario #1: Rare-Earth Minerals Producing States

Attack Scenario #2: Uranium Producing States (Asia)

Attack Scenario #3: Corporate Sabotage Against Siemens AG

Attack Scenario #4: The String of Pearls

By his own assessment of each attack scenario, the author appears to be unclear about motive.

If you look on page 8, "Figure 3: Graphic depicting Areva NP’s services (source: www.areva-np.com)" you will find that Areva is in the business of "solutions for carbon-free power generation."

and this:

"• June, 2009 (earliest Stuxnet sample seen)

• June 24, 2012 (the date found in Stuxnet’s config file)

EU Commission Filing: Areva versus Siemens On March 4, 2009, France 2418 published a news story about French nuclear giant Areva publicly accusing Siemens of breaching its non-compete clause with Areva when it formed an alliance with Russian Federation-owned Rosatom to wecome “the world leader in civilian nuclear technology” - a sector currently led by Areva and estimated to be worth 1 trillion dollars. On June 2, 2010, the European Commission launched an inquiry 19 into the anticompete clause in Siemens joint venture agreement with Areva - Areva NP"

Areva's website cites the following:

"AREVA's businesses are organized into five business groups: Mining exploration and mining. Upstream, conversion and enrichment of uranium, design and manufacture of nuclear fuel. Reactors and Services conception et construction de réacteurs nucléaires, activités de services aux bases installées. Aval , recyclage des combustibles usés, services de transport, d'assainissement et de démantèlement. Énergies Renouvelables , solutions dans l'éolien, les bioénergies, le solaire et l'hydrogène. design and construction of nuclear reactors, service activities to bases installed. Downstream, recycling of spent fuel, transport services, remediation and decommissioning. Renewable Energy, solutions in wind, bioenergy, solar and hydrogen. "

There are other points worth discussion, but too long for tonight's post.

I now am compelled to consider that France should be put on the list of bad boyz in the Gulf of Mexico.

RE: EMP

EMP HAS been shown to cause damage to electronic components on a small scale but to build something capable of wiping out electronic systems throughout the Hemisphere in one strike would take some serious horsepower.

Hi Hans...

Do you mean something like this...

This is Tesla tech...it's been around for years...

And now the perfect power source...

Cz

Hi Cz! Long time...
I don't think HAARP is a power source. It requiresa power source, just like an EMP weapon would. Now, if they had developed Tesla's free energy source, they'd have it, but the big boyz couldn't make money off of free energy.

Hmmm serious horse power...like floating nuclear power plants...

Good day, KremPP has issued a CREVICE Stealth Alert two hours ago., (translation problem)
The OMEGA Option is now back on the table.
KremPP and KremPM is resolving their issues.
Orange is expecting another burst of intel, so STB

(no code)

Regarding the BEZERK thread. I'm in a bit of a dilemma because posters have brought up two issues which I cant go any further into except for what I'm about to say on these two points.

I Noticed on the bezerk thread posters bringing up the fact that the "leaks" started in February already. ( I Actually posted a pinned thread about this at the time)
At this juncture I feel compelled to mention, as a hint that another classified issue began when Em was sent to look for the black boxes of the French Airbus that crashed. They discovered more than just the black boxes and why the plane crashed. (That's all I can say on this matter, this is an important dot but also an extremely sensitive one. Its on such a different level of echelon intelligence gathering that I don't even want to go there. Nobody would believe it anyway) (sarcasm)

They also mention the SA Navy sub, SAS Manthatisi . All I can say is that some posters were on the right track a few hundred pages back when this first came up. Manthatisi was sent to get retrofitted with 2x calibrators as well as something else. When the oversight committee noticed the bill for this "upgrade" they actually brought it up in parliament to get answers to what was going on with the sub. While the sub was under "apparent" docking for repairs it was actually sent on 2 covert missions. One was to the GOM and other I will reveal later. In the MSM reports you will find a major contradiction. Its reported that Manthatisi had major "problems" and yet the Manthatisi managed to out maneuver the US Navy and every other participant in a Naval exercise where it destroyed every target. If it was having so much problems that it needed repairs how was it possible for the Manthatisi to achieve the success it did during the exercise? The answer is simple, it didn't go for repairs, it went for an upgrade and two covert missions while the oversight committee was fed info that its docked and in the "workshop" for lack of a better expression. As I'm a South African citizen I have to tread very carefully on what I reveal about this, so please understand when I say I cant go any further into this)

(ps, the above is not the Burst of Intel I was referring to in the post just prior to this one, ok :)

Oncogenic mutations in the serine/threonine kinase B-RAF (also known as BRAF) are found in 50–70% of malignant melanomas1. Pre-clinical studies have demonstrated that the B-RAF(V600E) mutation predicts a dependency on the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signalling cascade in melanoma2, 3, 4, 5, 6—an observation that has been validated by the success of RAF and MEK inhibitors in clinical trials7, 8, 9. However, clinical responses to targeted anticancer therapeutics are frequently confounded by de novo or acquired resistance10, 11, 12. Identification of resistance mechanisms in a manner that elucidates alternative ‘druggable’ targets may inform effective long-term treatment strategies13. Here we expressed ~600 kinase and kinase-related open reading frames (ORFs) in parallel to interrogate resistance to a selective RAF kinase inhibitor. We identified MAP3K8 (the gene encoding COT/Tpl2) as a MAPK pathway agonist that drives resistance to RAF inhibition in B-RAF(V600E) cell lines. COT activates ERK primarily through MEK-dependent mechanisms that do not require RAF signalling. Moreover, COT expression is associated with de novo resistance in B-RAF(V600E) cultured cell lines and acquired resistance in melanoma cells and tissue obtained from relapsing patients following treatment with MEK or RAF inhibitors. We further identify combinatorial MAPK pathway inhibition or targeting of COT kinase activity as possible therapeutic strategies for reducing MAPK pathway activation in this setting. Together, these results provide new insights into resistance mechanisms involving the MAPK pathway and articulate an integrative approach through which high-throughput functional screens may inform the development of novel therapeutic strategies.

ViaSat Inc. (Nasdaq: VSAT) has obtained High Assurance IP Encryption Interface Specification (HAIPE® IS) Version 3.1 certification from the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) for an inline network encryptor, the AltaSec® KG-250. HAIPE® is used to provide secure communications to many DoD networks. The HAIPE® 3.1 KG-250 continues ViaSat product migration toward mobility and interoperability, ease of use for the warfighter, and the ability to share information securely among warfighters and the Global Information Grid (GIG) in a dynamic environment.
One of the key features of HAIPE® V3.1 is that it adds remote rekeying and the ability to function behind commercial firewalls to the KG-250 feature set. The remote rekeying feature, called HAIPE® to HAIPE® keying (H2HK), enables network operators to rekey an entire subnet from one HAIPE® device, including devices stowed in vehicles and Unmanned Air Systems (UAS), without the need to travel forward into conflict areas.
"This is a significant capability for those charged with maintaining our deployed secure networks since it avoids physical delivery of keys to each network node," said Chris Wren, general manager of Information Security at ViaSat. "Many times the users of these networks are in motion, and anything that improves the management of the network from locations that are physically secure not only saves time, but ultimately saves lives."
In addition to HAIPE® V3.1 improvements, the new KG-250 also introduces Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) routing into AltaSec encryption products. Embedded OSPF routing reduces network overhead, and gives the products the ability to adapt to constantly changing networks, keeping users connected while giving them more mobility and flexibility.
