The Situation in Egyptian Antiquities Today

On Friday, January 28, 2011, when the protest marches began in Cairo, I heard that a curfew had been issued that started at 6.00pm on Friday evening until 7.00am on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, on that day the Egyptian Museum, Cairo, was not well guarded. About a thousand people began to jump over the wall on the eastern side of the museum into the courtyard. On the western side of the museum, we recently finished something I was very proud of, a beautiful gift shop, restaurant and cafeteria. The people entered the gift shop and stole all the jewellery and escaped; they thought the shop was the museum, thank God! However, ten people entered the museum when they found the fire exit stairs located at the back of it.

What is really beautiful is that not all Egyptians were involved in the looting of the museum. A very small number of people tried to break, steal and rob. Sadly, one criminal voice is louder than one hundred voices of peace. The Egyptian people are calling for freedom, not destruction. When I left the museum on Saturday, I was met outside by many Egyptians, who asked if the museum was safe and what they could do to help. The people were happy to see an Egyptian official leave his home and come to Tahrir Square without fear; they loved that I came to the museum.
The curfew started again on Saturday afternoon at 4.00pm, and I was receiving messages all night from my inspectors at Saqqara, Dahsur, and Mit Rahina. The magazines and stores of Abusir were opened, and I could not find anyone to protect the antiquities at the site. At this time I still do not know what has happened at Saqqara, but I expect to hear from the inspectors there soon. East of Qantara in the Sinai, we have a large store containing antiquities from the Port Said Museum. Sadly, a large group, armed with guns and a truck, entered the store, opened the boxes in the magazine and took the precious objects. Other groups attempted to enter the Coptic Museum, Royal Jewellery Museum, National Museum of Alexandria, and El Manial Museum. Luckily, the foresighted employees of the Royal Jewellery Museum moved all of the objects into the basement, and sealed it before leaving.
My heart is broken and my blood is boiling. I feel that everything I have done in the last nine years has been destroyed in one day, but all the inspectors, young archaeologists, and administrators, are calling me from sites and museums all over Egypt to tell me that they will give their life to protect our antiquities. Many young Egyptians are in the streets trying to stop the criminals. Due to the circumstances, this behaviour is not surprising; criminals and people without a conscience will rob their own country. If the lights went off in New York City, or London, even if only for an hour, criminal behaviour will occur. I am very proud that Egyptians want to stop these criminals to protect Egypt and its heritage.
At this time, the Internet has not been restored in Egypt. I had to fax this statement to my colleagues in Italy for it to be uploaded in London on my website.

This is just a quick shout out for aussie bezerkers..

Today i got a copy of a mag called "heart of the earth mother" i have never noticed this mag before but it caught my eye today due to four crop circle pics on the cover.

gom, weather, earthquakes and volcanoes

Over the past six months earthquake, volcanic, and extreme weather events,
particularly to the West of the Pacific plate, have been of interest to me.
As have also events in the Gulf of Mexico.

A combination of my investigations has led me to speculate that as a result
of the deep water blow out, both kinetic energy into the earth's core and
resulting weather pattern changes, around the Gulf of Mexico and particularly
to the west of california, have resulted in extreme geophysical effects to
the west of the Pacific plate. These include earthquakes, volcanoes, rain
patterns, and cyclones.

The El Ninia event over Australia has been described as resulting from
stalled weather patterns to the West of California.

Two interesting weather facts may be related to these stalled winds.

The first is the stalling of ocean currents in the Gulf of Mexico a few
months a go, forming an eddy, that is a closed circuit current in the Gulf.
This was after a storm report for 2010 that indicated one of the highest
number of reported storms in history, yet none made land fall.

The second is that the stalled winds off the West Coast are near the oceanic
garbage tip, where ocean currents form an eddy of flotsam jetsam.

Again, documented evidence has shown that the current extreme weather events
in Australia are a result of the stalling of wind currents to the West of USA.
What factors may have contributed to the stalling of those winds is what I am
still speculating.

It is possible that weather systems to the East of Australia are a result of
global wind patterns trying to jumpstart the stalled parts to the West of USA.



In regards to earthquake and volcanioc activity, the most interesting part of
my research relates to the k-zone. The k-zone is an area of the earth that
scientificaly, will not experience an earthquake as a result of an initial
earthquake. This is due to refraction of the energy waves as they hit the soft
core ofthe planet.

The k-zone for the Gulf of mexico stops to the West of the Pacific plate, a
hotspot in its own right, and extends to the West through Indonesia, ending
near the Southern tip of India. I did find a k-zone map caluclator in my
plethoria of research, but have since lost the link.

If a large amonut of energy (resonant frequencies) were directed into the
planet in the vicinty of the Gulf of Mexico, there would be a resulting
tectonic blackout no activity zone that would span the Pacific plate.
Activity would then resume at the Western edge of the Pacific plate.

The insurgence of sonic energy into the Gulf of Mexico is what led me to look
at a range of tectonic theory. In the rush to drill relief wells, deep core
sonic drills were used in a rash and unplanned manner.

Additionally the potential for deep earth fires to burn beneath the sea bed may
also have contributed to the energy (this time heat) activated within the region.
remember that for 4.9 million barrels of oil, the mix was 60/40 with methane.
Approximately 3 million (compressed) barrels of methane being released at
400,000 psi indicates a rather massive deposit of methane to ignite.


I would also like to comment on a few errant phenomenon relating to Gamma
energy.

Two recent media articles have related to what we otherwise scientifically
consider constant. Adjustments have had to be made to both Atomic time and
standard weights.

Atomic time is a measurement derived from the decay of isotypes (radioactive
material). This materials decays as a result of impacting gamma energy,
the impact of which on radioactive isotypes has been believed to be a
constant, hence its use in atomic clocks. Atomic clocks have had to be
adjusted due to variations in the decay of isotypes used their construction.

This reinforces to me that not only do the visible spectrums have an impact
on our planet, but non visible energy (radiation) is also alive and well.

Regarding standard weights, a recent report stated that the standard weight
(for the gram I think) had gotten lighter, and would need to be recalibrated
to eight other standard weights that exist on the planet. I do not have any
deeper answers as to why this has occured, but the fact that it has, has
piqued my interest.

It is unlikely that I will engage in dialogue regarding this post, however
I hope that it flags a few sign posts that may be connected to this thread.

I am also still very curious about the weather radar anomolies in Australia
that started about this time last year.

As an aside, the cluster of earthquakes off the Gulf of Yemen a number of
weeks ago, can only make me wonder if they are a result of kinetic energy
rebounding out of the planet as a result of carpet bombing in Afghanistan
a number of years ago.

The Pacific loop and it's effects do cause major changes to the weather.

As for the El Nino, I remember some years ago, on Stan Deyo's then web site, he had some photos showing the ocean surface temperatures for a long period.

Just as the El Nino started, there was a real hot spot off the coast of South America, and as the maps progressed over the next few months, you could see this spot stay still, and the flow of hot water spread across the Pacific.

Almost (LOL) like there was something VERY hot under the ocean heating it up - volcano anyone?
