Earlier this morning there was another "burst" of info/intel released on XXX on a board spectrum of projects. Shortly thereafter XXXXX went down. I was also booted and still cant login. I Have to assume level3.net active scanning and surveillance has kicked in or they just fired a warning shot across the bow to let us and other intel gathering agencies know they can shutdown or redirect internet traffic whenever they want. Like in a major disaster or event. Maybe they tested the system? I don't know.
