They are supposing that the pressures inside the star are so vast that the subatomic particles are combining and releasing massive amounts neutrinos to provide the massive cooling.

Why does the quantum state inside the star only have quantum reaction and analog with fellow atomic particles within that star? Why not other stars that exist in that state? Would not the energy be transferable to them also?
