There are no known major construction projects at the lower end of Chile. Following that, we all witnessed the very unusual participation that NASA gave to the "rescue" of Chilean miners. Now, what was that about? When the rescued miners were brought to the surface, they all wore large framed, dark sunglasses and we could not see who they were.
