And this time its not the Chinese they can pinpoint/blame this on ....lol.... But this exactly sounds like the type of tech they wanted to direct in China's shoes ... like the swarms of "coordinated"/"instructed" jellyfish ... but the JELLYFISH are still BIO/lifeforms ... while this KILoBOTS are ARTIFICIAL ! I wonder if Venter is IN on this, and if the ODESSA-group used these critters against AUgie ???? Isis, every SYSTEM has a weak spot and is TURN-OFF-able ... if you know the right sequence for the algorithm.
