The immortal jellies are the default complex organsim of this planet, and through amazing efficiency, can breed billions of new lives if necessary, ready to take on what ever programming is provided to create many new life forms.

But this should not be happening to a planet already terraformed eons ago, with complex life forms already in existance.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1501341

Wowww ...
There are many more "failsafe" or "rescue" ORGANISMS on this planet then only immortal jellyfish. I never said that by the way. That is your inference...

Venter prooved that artificial lifeforms can be programmed, but the majority of 'natural biological lifeforms' are PROGRAMMED by morphogenetical fields ... they LISTEN to the feedbacksystems in this Univers and specially for EARTH.

TERRAFORMING can be done by people who want to be in control and who are affraid of changes ... which are inevetable !!! Coz things that dont balance with the universal changes and 'calls', will end up sick or dead.
But 'terraforming' is not only a sick Human distotion, but is actually something NATURAL and NEEDED in order for planets to survive the changes on the path/space they are traveling trough. Terraforming is happening every cycle.

That THIS should NOT be happening is utter BS !!!
Complex lifeforms have existed eons ago and will exist eons in the future ... 'evolution' is succesfull adapting to the circumstances of change that an enviroment is going trough.

What should NOT BE HAPPENING, is PEOPLE [arrogant humans] trying to interfere and stop it from happening, by triggering mini-ice-ages and uusing other technology to sabotage Nature Trying To Balance and Adjust To The Call Of The Univers.

You are confusing multiple issues occuring simultaneously.

Agree we should not be stopping the development of the planet and ourselves, and that this naturally occurs, and is being held back by ttwb, via inhibbiting the Scumanne resonance of the planet. (oil drainage etc)

But creating artificial points of energy that kick in the terraforming function is not right, not correct. Whether we did it or ET or IT entities did it, that aspect should not be occurring here. The CHIN have their means of controlling/stopping it and have demonstrated this. They hold the cards.

Oh, thanks for stating the other sattelite talking jibberish for me. Was part of our discussions that led down this path.

I havent changed my thinking Krispy, only refined what you refer to as the organism, and its greater function. When you get to that point, the entire game changes.

Hi Bezerkers

hi

Rice chemists cram 2 million nanorods into single cancer cell
Breakthrough in loading gold nanorods into cells ...

[link to www.youtube.com]

[link to www.media.rice.edu]
 Quoting: Isis7

GREAT !!!
And that is exactly why AUgie is beneficial and a 'treatment' to the changings that are happening to Earth and all living things, gold helps to cure and rebalance diseases ... and deficiensies like the ones that lead to cancerous cell-growth.
Aply this to micro and macro, and to bio and quantum [which are all linked] then you inderstand what AUgie is and does.

The goldnanorods in the vid/article are causing heat in the cancer cell ... it elevates its frequency ... cold would lower it. [Thats why they wanna FREEZE AUgie]
Multiple factors are causing the Earth to heat up and to raise her frequency (HertZ), AUgie is one of the mechanisms that helps to purify Earths frequency, makes it conduct better again ... Its all so logical !

When people grow COLD they devellop cancer ... to grow 'cold' is living and experiencing without love and warmth , or even worse > to let FEAR and hidden ANGER rule their lives ... and when we are not able anymore to be superconductors ... thats when we grow sick, coz we dont align anymore with the vibrations of the Univers and Earth herself.
ancer is the expression of anger and unprocessed emotions, of the unability to communicate with our enviroment/the Univers, when we grow capsules around unexpressed emotions, that will multiply in deficient language ...when our minds play tricks and illusions that we start to take for truth ...
Its THAT simple.

The VID sais : ..to ABSORB LIGHT and TURN IT into HEAT
Well, thats awsome !!! ---> Neutrino's, gamma rays and other particles in this part of Space are so LOADED and in such quantities, Gold is responsable for the UPTAKE of more LIGHT ... AUgie is responsable in this too. She helps adjust our WIRES so that WE (Earth-humans&lifeforms and the other planets and systems in this area of the Galaxy) can UPTAKE and ABSORB more LIGHT, and withstand more heat and a higher frequency !

Only in the Vid and article, this is done by humans, it is a manual action ... but we can do this ourselves, thats why in old times there were rites and sacret rituals to learn how to make your inner energy GOLDEN and make it flow up your spine in a helix and eventually -when mastered this skill/exercise- it would flow throughout the crownchacra and be absorbed by all chacra's again .... creating our GOLDEN AURA, our Golden Fleece !!!! Priests and priestesses learn to visualise this phenomenon, but in ANCIENT TIMES this was NOT only an ENERGETICAL visualisation, but a REAL MANIFESTATION ... a Natural ABILITY of the ELDER RACE before the Anunaki came and changed the properties of the existing manifestations of DNA and lifforms.

Like is said in the article that it was hard for the scientists to LOAD large numbers of paarticles in living cells, is logic, coz it id FORCED into cells this way ... STATE [of mind -of the cell-] and MATTER are not yet synchronised and thus not able to carry it naturally and uptake it naturally. If State&Mind are of a certain level then a chemical reaction [fusion] will make the gold disvolvable and processable by the cells nd organisms.

Gold NANORODS are not the same as Liquid Crystal Gold like AUgie ....

What else strikes me is the use of CTAB !!!
Like it is described it reminds me of how COREXIT works ... Like the article sais CTAB is TOXIC.

GREAT FIND ISIS !!!!

CRYSTAL LIQUID GOLD ... like I said before, both bio and quantum and many more levels then we can imagine.

yes the PTB try to change it.

It are RRR's and Aco's words that ARTIFICIAL energypoints are created to terraform ... imo thats BS ... they are not artificial [i.e. created by ET's or IT], they are Natural and totally spot on right in place as they should be.
Its neighter WE, IT or ET >>> Its the UNIVERS.
The Chinese might have special or advanced technology develloped or discovered (so have other countries/nations), but they dont wanna STOP AUgie or this GALACTIC EVENT from taking place, coz a faction of them knows that it CANT be stopped if balance [on Earth and this part of the Galaxy]wants to be maintained.

Sorry BHD, from what I read on C, I will 'never' get to THAT 'point'. You started on symilar wavelenghts as me, but have chosen different things now ... this is so not a refinment of what I refered to initially. British garbage worms survive in space without human help
Extraterrestrial nematode freed from mankind's dominance

By Anna Leach

Posted in Space, 30th November 2011 11:11 GMT [check that time and the 11's]

A worm family that originated in a rubbish dump in Bristol has successfully returned from a space mission, proving for the first time that worms can survive untended in space.

Studying the effect of space travel on worms has big implications for understanding how humans can survive in space – if and when we have to flee our planet and set up colonies in distant worlds.

Nottingham university researcher Dr Nathaniel Szewczyk has been a part of boffinry teams that have sent worms into space twice before, but this latest mission marks the longest stretch that the microscopic Caenorhabditis elegans worms have survived in space and been recovered. A group of boffins led by Szewczyk sent up the latest batch of space worms with the space shuttle Discovery. The worms have now returned, 12 generations later, records their paper, published today in Interface, a journal of the Royal Society

Royal Navy's New Ice-Breaker Deploys To Antarctica

The Royal Navy's new ice patrol ship, HMS Protector, left Portsmouth yesterday for a seven-month deployment surveying and patrolling the frozen continent of Antarctica.

The 5,000-tonne ice-breaking ship completed an intensive period of sea trials and training prior to deploying to the Antarctic Peninsula.

HMS Protector will arrive in Antarctica for the austral summer and will conduct three work periods in the ice.

She will use her multibeam echo sounder and deploy her survey motor boat to provide cutting-edge hydrographic charting and imagery of the Antarctic region for the UK Hydrographic Office which provides 80 per cent of the world's nautical charts.

The ship will also assist with the resupply of British Antarctic Survey stations in the region.

HMS Protector is being leased as an interim replacement for HMS Endurance which suffered flood damage when she was operating in the South Atlantic in 2008.

Protector was commissioned into the Royal Navy in June on the 50th anniversary of the implementation of the Antarctic Treaty and the centenary year of Scott's expedition to the South Pole.

Captain Peter Sparkes, Commanding Officer of HMS Protector, said:

"We are now operationally ready to deploy to the South Atlantic. My ship's company have worked tirelessly in recent months to regenerate [sounds like retrofit to me] the Royal Navy's ice patrol ship capability.

snip
Prior to deployment the ship's upgrade package included the removal and repositioning of the flight deck from the bridge roof to the stern, the installation of a multibeam echo sounder survey system, a complete overhaul of the main engines and gearboxes, the fitment of a comprehensive communications and navigation suite, and the addition of naval markings

Could the Riser Have Been Deliberately Cut?

----- Forwarded Message -----

From: BKGeohazards <bklimgeohazards></bklimgeohazards>

To:

Sent: Monday, November 28, 2011 2:20 PM

Subject: Delayed email - one of the critical evidence BP faked video to hide their timed detonation that caused the 2nd bottom hole blowout which flooded the gulf with oil.

As you can see from the snapshots or the video at [link to oilspillhub.org]

and [link to oilspillhub.org]

(move to the time indicated by the snapshots) the riser started bending from 10:23 to 10:24 without any explosion. Given that there was no explosion around 10:22 CDT April 22, how did the marine riser (which had been able to withstand Hurricane Ida in 2009 November with wind speeds over 80 mph) suddenly and without any known additional stresses on it, break and bend at 10:22 CDT? Could the riser had been deliberately cut for a certain reason like inserting a detonation device which actually blew >10 hours later? There are evidence that showed the BOP was ejected and fell to the seafloor as the late Matts Simmons had said. But they could not show the well as an open blown crater without the BOP (wait a minute they did...it was the crater apparently caused by the oil coming out of the riser...leak #2) . So they fabricated the video of the standing BOP from earlier footage. Obviously the riser could not bend twice.

Any video after the second timed explosion 22 April 2200hrs showing the BOP standing with the bent riser and no leaks are fakes. These are the videos BP doesn't want you to see. Why? because it proves that the blowout on 20 April was no accident. And when the first blowout failed to flood the gulf with massive oil (you can check the satellite pictures), they had to switch to plan B to blow it up. Evidence? Plenty. You have to wait till I can get to a safe house. You can publish this on all your blogs or FB.

And the DWH rig did not sink at 10:22 hrs as BP reported. The coast guard chief did not bother to check their own USCG log before they obediently echoed BP's instruction when the rig was still burning (see photo and copy of USCG log). The coast guard with CG6540 was notified the DWH was about to sink while refuelling at Na Kika rig after 1320 hrs.

Of course all the BP sponsored main stream media and blogs echoed the same.

MABE quoted "Chron's 10:37am posting that DWH went down at 10:20 am" at 9:53 am should raise even more doubts. Both blogs were operating out of central US and should therefore be using the same time as the USCG and BP at the Macondo site. So did MABE know that the rig was going down before it was reported officially by the USCG? You see the timing of the blogs followed very closely the announced events but not the actual field events. It appears that these pro-BP blogs are given more credibility than they deserve, to the extend by saying these are EYEWiTNESSES OR people working at the site. They were not. Look at the contents of their conversation. Yes perhaps these are seamen and sea captains but were they actually at site during the DWH incident on 20-23 April. You can judge from the contents of their discussion. I mean how can any sea captain or seaman who was at site not know whether DWH was using anchors or not. If they had to argue over whether the DWH actually used anchoring during the drilling at the Macondo site then they could not have been at site.

Also, these blogs are coming from (in part) people in vessels out there; they seem pretty credible, no? Â Some of them are talking from what they see out of their windows, not what they're reading in a press release from BP.

Talking about credibility....can they really look out their windows at shore and see the burning rig 50 miles away. So there is no question about them looking thru their windows to actually witness the sinking of the DWH. Even the CG at Nakika platform could only see the DWH by the smoke. at 16 miles away. They were talking about vessels sailing in and out of port; not on the DWH rig. See what I mean by looking at the substance rather than the form.

The time DWH went down was 22April 17:25 (local time). So any questions on my credibility? There are a lot from where this came from and had been in circulation among our inner circle. No I have not been withholding info but it takes time for the requested info to come back. It is a big anonymous circle.

Make it viral. This was no accidental disaster but a planned one and the authorities are in cahoot with BP in turning a blind eye. Those who speak the truth are being hunted down. Why should we allow the Oil Mafia to get away with the biggest crime of mass destruction of the century while the gulf and ultimately the world suffer.

Rgds

BK Lim

(No I am still alive, they've got the wrong guy again)

PS:

By the time you read this I would have been long gone into a new hiding place. I was informed recently the present one had been been seriously compromised It does seem such a coincidence that every time we unearth some critical evidence, they sent in their hit squads. No this is not the first time. To the cyber spies eavesdropping into this conversation please be informed your hit squads missed again. How many innocents do they want to kill, huh?

RE: LIVE "ELF/ULF" MONITORING OF EARTHQUAKE PRECURSOR SIGNALS ON GLP. QUAKE FORECAST UP TO 5HRS IN ADVANCE...(((Updated Daily))) By ELQ.

Thread: Earthquake prediction: Official info

Electrical charge is sufficient to ionize the air, creating "massive amounts" of positive airborne ions.

How animals predict earthquakes.

Animals may sense chemical changes in groundwater that occur when an earthquake is about to strike.

The NASA scientists, led by geophysicist Dr Friedemann Freund, demonstrated that rocks under extreme tectonic stress release charged particles, which travel through the surrounding rock and into the atmosphere. Their electrical charge is sufficient to ionize the air, creating "massive amounts" of positive airborne ions.

The researchers cite "unusual pre-earthquake conditions in the ionosphere" around L’Aquila as evidence of such activity, which creates an unfriendly atmosphere for animal life.

Dr Freund explained to the BBC: "Positive airborne ions are known in the medical community to cause headaches and nausea in humans and to increase the level of serotonin, a stress hormone, in the blood of animals."

Furthermore, the ions might have reacted with the toads' pond water, brewing up potentially-toxic hydrogen peroxide.

The scientists conclude that there's "little doubt that anomalous animal behaviour does occur prior to major earthquakes", and that "given the variety of physical and chemical processes documented ... it would in fact be surprising if animals were not affected".

They note that their proposed "possible common mechanism" of pre-earthquake physical phenomena and animal behaviour requires further investigation to determine its future application in quake prediction.

Scientists believe they have a plausible explanation for Italian toads' apparent ability to sense the imminent earthquake that struck the city of L'Aquila on 6 April 2009.

Ms Grant, a biologist from the Open University, was monitoring the toad colony as part of her PhD project.

"It was very dramatic," she recalled. "It went from 96 toads to almost zero over three days."

[link to www.bbc.co.uk]

[link to www.theregister.co.uk]

Recent reports of a wide range of physical pre-earthquake phenomena draw on modern science and technology involving ground-based and satellite-based observations. Here is a partial list:

(i) Low to ultralow frequency electromagnetic emissions from the ground,
(ii) Luminous phenomena, often called earthquake lights, prior to many seismic events,
(iii) Enhanced infrared emission from the epicentral region as seen in satellite images,
(iv) Changes in the atmosphere near the ground and at altitudes up to about 12,000 m,
(v) Perturbations in the ionosphere 100–600 km above the Earth’s surface,
(vi) Changes in the ocean water and ground or spring water chemistry, etc.
Until recently the field of non-seismic pre-earthquake signals was in a general state

Creating Quantum Matter

...wants to better understand the spatial organization of ultra cold atoms with the goal of learning more about condensed matter physics and quantum mechanics.

The research is a starting point to develop new and innovative states of matter, and observe the particles interacting with each other in different ways, he says. “We have already done a few things,” he says. “The Bose Einstein condensate in the lattice is a superfluid which can flow without resistance--a certain quantum state related to superconductivity--and it will keep on flowing forever.”

With this material, “you can transition from one state to another and create new states of matter,” he adds. “You can go from a superfluid to an insulator, from something with no resistance to something with no flow, and you can even create new magnetic states. In that case, each atom behaves like a little compass needle, but each needle points in different directions at the same time. This is quantum magnetism.”

Nanowrinkles, nanofolds yield strange hidden channels

Wrinkles and folds, common in nature, do something unusual at the nanoscale. Researchers at Brown University and in Korea have discovered that wrinkles on super-thin films have hidden long waves. The team also found that folds in the film produce nanochannels, like thousands of tiny subsurface pipes. The research could lead to advances in medicine, electronics and energy.

Are BioAlgae Concentrates
Effective for Radiation Poisoning

Description:
[link to www.therenegadehealthshow.com] - Last week, I had a chance to speak with Roland Thomas, ND about BioAlgae Concentrates... This is a special blend of algae that has been studied quite significantly over the past few decades. In this clip, Roland discusses some of the scientific studies that this algae had been used in and some of the results. I think the most shocking is the research done on chickens in Russia and the use of this algae on radiation poisoning victims of the Chernobyl disaster. These studies were done using a blend of algae called BioAlgae Concentrate that contains spirulina and chlorella. Take a listen...

Remember PROJECT DEEP FREEZE ????

Plunge in CO2 Put the Freeze On Antarctica
[link to www.sciencedaily.com]

snips:
... it quickly became apparent that Antarctica's big freeze followed a fall in C02 levels.

"Our research recognised that the flows of deep ocean currents at the end of the Eocene were dramatically different from those of today because of the altered position and shape of continental masses," said Dr Sijp.
"Previous research relied on different temperature estimates and had also not taken these different currents into account. This led to significant upward biases in calculated C02 which made it appear that carbon dioxide was actually increasing around the Southern Ocean as the Antarctic ice sheet formed. We can now see the reverse was true.
"We found a 40 percent C02 decrease ..., in agreement with global cooling during that time. "This decline was a critical condition for global cooling and the emergence of the Antarctic ice sheet.

The nature of ocean currents is vital in calculating atmospheric C02, because the estimates of atmospheric carbon dioxide are derived from measurements of molecules from algae deposited on the ocean floor ... The fundamentally different circulation of the Southern Ocean during the Eocene directly affected the algae by changing the temperatures of these ocean currents and significantly lowering the nutrient load.

Arctic settles into new phase – warmer, greener, and less ice
December 1, 2011 [link to www.noaanews.noaa.gov]

An international team of scientists who monitor the rapid changes in the Earth’s northern polar region say that the Arctic is entering a new state – one with warmer air and water temperatures, less summer sea ice and snow cover, and a changed ocean
chemistry.

... Monica Medina, NOAA principal deputy under secretary of commerce for oceans and atmosphere. “With a greener and warmer Arctic, more development is likely. Reports like this one help us to prepare for increasing demands on Arctic resources so that better decisions can be made about how to manage and protect these more valuable and increasingly available resources.”

Among the 2011 highlights are:
•Atmosphere: In 2011, the average annual near-surface air temperatures over much of the Arctic Ocean were approximately 2.5° F (1.5° C) greater than the 1981-2010 baseline period.

•Sea ice: Minimum Arctic sea ice area in September 2011 was the second lowest recorded by satellite since 1979.

•Ocean: Arctic Ocean temperature and salinity may be stabilizing after a period of warming and freshening. Acidification of sea water (“ocean acidification”) as a result of carbon dioxide absorption has also been documented in the Beaufort and Chukchi seas.

•Land: Arctic tundra vegetation continues to increase and is associated with higher air temperatures over most of the Arctic land mass.

The Report Card tracks the Arctic atmosphere, sea ice, biology, ocean, land, and Greenland. This year, new sections were added, including, greenhouse gases, ozone and ultraviolet radiation, ocean acidification, Arctic Ocean primary productivity, and lake ice. The Arctic Report Card [link to www.arctic.noaa.gov] is available online.

EcoUpdate: Sudden Antarctica Warming Cycle 15 Million Years Ago

Proof of a sudden, remarkably warm period in Antarctica that occurred about 15.7 million years ago and lasted for a few thousand years from the Antarctic Geologic Drilling Program, or ANDRILL. One sample that stood out as an anomaly was found in 2010 by Sophie Warny, LSU assistant professor of geology and geophysics.

“First I thought it was a mistake, that it was a sample from another location, not Antarctica, because of the unusual abundance in microscopic fossil cysts of marine algae called dinoflagellates. But it turned out not to be a mistake, it was just an amazingly rich layer,” said Warny.

The two scientists in charge of the drilling, David Harwood of University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and Fabio Florindo of Italy, were equally excited,” said Warny. “They had noticed that this thin layer had a unique consistency that had been characterized by their team as a diatomite, which is a layer extremely rich in fossils of another algae called diatoms.”

“In the case of these results, the microfossils provide us with quantitative data of what the environment was actually like in Antarctica at the time, showing how this continent reacted when climatic conditions were warmer than they are today,” said Warny.

According to the researchers, these fossils show that land temperatures reached a January average of 10 degrees Celsius – the equivalent of approximately 50 degrees Fahrenheit – and that estimated sea surface temperatures ranged between zero and 11.5 degrees Celsius. The presence of freshwater algae in the sediments suggests to researchers that an increase in meltwater and perhaps also in rainfall produced ponds and lakes adjacent to the Ross Sea during this warm period, which would obviously have resulted in some reduction in sea ice.

These findings most likely reflect a poleward shift of the jet stream in the Southern Hemisphere, which would have pushed warmer water toward the pole and allowed a few dinoflagellate species to flourish under such ice-free conditions. Researchers believe that shrub-like woody plants might also have been able to proliferate during an abrupt and brief warmer time interval.

Military turns to volunteers for Arctic rescues

The military has struck a handshake deal to have part-time volunteers provide first-response search and rescue services in the Arctic, CBC News has learned.

Military officials have been negotiating with the Civil Air Search and Rescue Association (CASARA), a national agency that promotes aviation safety and provides air search support.

Shadwick said the military still has to do more in the North and not just rely on the goodwill of volunteers to help save Canadian lives.

In October, Canadian representatives joined delegates from other circumpolar countries at a conference in Whitehorse to discuss search and rescue co-operation.
The recent meeting came months after Canada and several other Arctic nations signed an agreement that would require Arctic Council countries to co-ordinate in the event of a major incident like a plane crash or a cruise ship accident.

I wonder if that are the REAL motives ???

Of the company's latest news, Greenpeace senior campaigner Vicky Wyatt said: "However the company tries to spin this, Cairn's Greenland misadventures have been an unmitigated disaster from day one, the company squandering a fortune
drilling one dry hole after another.

"These results show that the incredible technical, economic and environmental risks of operating in the Arctic simply aren't worth it."

Arctic dream: Russia’s polar des res [link to rt.com]
Fancy a swim in the Arctic? Well, with an ambitious new project Russia is developing, this could become a pleasurable experience! A luxury settlement housing 5,000 people under a huge dome with complex life support is to rise up from the polar ice.

Architect Valery Rzhevsky says this is the world’s first such project with an artificial climate and life support, like at a space station. The energy would be supplied by a floating nuclear electric power station. The city would be called ‘Umka’, which means polar bear. It is to be built on Kotelny, an uninhabited island off Russia’s north coast, a thousand kilometers from the North Pole.

Its design shares features with the ISS, but it will be around a mile long and will contain parks, swimming pools and a church. As for the food, the idea is that the town would feed itself with the help of fish and poultry farms, greenhouses, a grain handling plant and a bakery. Rzhevsky claims the town would survive “even on the Moon, if need be”.

Rzhevsky says his ‘ice town’ can be built soon, and could change the demographics of the globe.

“We’re convinced that this is something our country and even entire mankind really need. It may not happen overnight, but people will eventually move to the North.”

With the project’s cost estimated at $5-7 billion dollars, the Umka architect is keen to get oil companies onboard.

26 Nov 10 -"One of the disconnects the Church of Al Gore/IPCC has yet to address regarding so-called Global Warming is why is it the Arctic ice extent is receding while the Antarctic ice extent is growing at historic rates," says this great article on strata-sphere.com.

"Given the fact CO2 levels are ubiquitous across the Earth, if this was really a global climate driver we should see higher temperatures (and less ice) across the globe, adjusted for latitude and the amount of land vs. sea surface area." "Well it seems we [link to hisz.rsoe.hu] may have an answer to why the Arctic water temperatures were rising and the ice was melting –massive undersea volcanoes. (This article, Volcanic eruptions reshape Arctic ocean floor, says it well.) "Recent massive volcanoes have risen from the ocean floor deep under the Arctic ice cap, spewing plumes of fragmented magma into the sea, scientists who filmed the aftermath reported Wednesday. "The eruptions —as big as the one that buried Pompei —took place in 1999 along the Gakkel Ridge, an underwater mountain chain snaking 1,800 kilometres (1,100 miles) from the northern tip of Greenland to Siberia. "Scientists suspected even at the time that a simultaneous series of earthquakes were linked to these volcanic spasms. "But when a team led of scientists led by Robert Sohn of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Massachusetts finally got a first-ever glimpse of the ocean floor 4,000 meters (13,000 feet) beneath the Arctic pack ice, they were astonished. "What they saw was unmistakable evidence of explosive eruptions rather than the gradual secretion of lava bubbling up from Earth’s mantle onto the ocean floor. "The natural basin that is the Arctic Ocean is possibly the reason why Arctic water temperatures were rising because the warming caused by these massive underwater explosions couldn’t really circulate out of the basin. "Is it simply coincidence that the regions of the Arctic Ocean experiencing thin ice ... is the same region that is right over these massive undersea volcanoes just discovered? From my investigation the Israeli Navy has two classes of subarmines: GAL and Dolphin. Both of these are diesel submarines that can theoretically only operate for 30 days between refeuling. Also, for diesel submarines that have to come to periscope depth to utilize the snorkel so they can run their deisel engines to recharge their battery bank. Based of these limitations and the crush depth of these two types of submarines...I don't see how its possible that these particular class submarines have the capability to achieve this. Technically they can't even reach the depth of the BOP for that matter, or be able to hang around for very long because its almost impossible for submarines to just "hover" in one location...generally they spin circles or something to that effect. They can move really slow, but they are always moving, never stationary.

(To long to post all but worth reading)

While HDW has stated that Israel's Dolphin-class submarines were equipped with weapon systems similar to those installed on other diesel-electric submarines,[4] various sources have reported that upon their arrival in Israel, the submarines were modified, and fitted with cruise missiles armed with nuclear warheads.[5]

...

The modernized Dolphin-class combines a conventional diesel led-acid battery system and an air-independent propulsion system (AIP) which makes the vessel extremely quiet and allows it to remain submerged for up to a week without surfacing.

..and same page, from the data sheet:
The two most recent submarines that Israel has purchased are modernized versions of the Dolphin-class that include an AIP system, larger fuel tank, fuel cells equipped with oxygen, and hydrogen storage. These vessels are said to be able to remain submerged for longer periods of time than the three existing vessels.

hi

Wow, awesome dot connecting. u2efine

Here are a couple more "new finds in science" that I would like to share with fellow bezerkers:

New Magnetic-Field-Sensitive Alloy Could Find Use in Novel Micromechanical Devices

Led by a group at the University of Maryland (UMd), a multi-institution team of researchers has combined modern materials research and an age-old metallurgy technique to produce an alloy that could be the basis for a new class of sensors and micromechanical devices controlled by magnetism.* The alloy, a combination of cobalt and iron, is notable, among other things, for not using rare-earth elements to achieve its properties. ...

The alloy exhibits a phenomenon called "giant magnetostriction," an amplified change in dimensions when placed in a sufficiently strong magnetic field. ...

Quenching is a classic metallurgy technique to freeze a material's microstructure in a state that it normally only has when heated. In this case, measurements at NIST and the Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Lightsource (SSRL) showed that the best-performing alloy had a delicate hetereogenous, nanoscale structure in which cobalt-rich crystals were embedded throughout a different, iron-rich crystal structure. ...

The best annealed alloy showed a sizeable magnetostriction effect in magnetic fields as low as about 0.01 Tesla. (The earth's magnetic field generally ranges around roughly 0.000 045 T, and a typical ferrite refrigerator magnet might be about 0.7 T.)
...

(difficult to know which of the information is the most important to post when keeping it to 50% or less)

and also this one:

Blocked holes can enhance rather than stop light transmission

Conventional wisdom would say that blocking a hole would prevent light from going through it, but Princeton University engineers have discovered the opposite to be true. A research team has found that placing a metal cap over a small hole in a metal film does not stop the light at all, but rather enhances its transmission.
...
In one of their experimental detectors, the researchers studied transmission of light through an array of tiny holes that were 60 nanometers (billionths of a meter) in diameter and 200 nanometers apart in a gold film that was 40 nanometers thick. Each tiny hole was capped with a gold disk that was 40 percent larger than the hole. The disks sat on top of the holes with a slight gap between the metal surface and the disks.

The researchers pointed a laser at the underside of the film and tested to see if any of the laser light went through the holes, past the caps, and could be detected on the other side. To their surprise, they found that the total light transmission was 70 percent higher with the holes blocked by the metal disks than without blockers. The researchers repeated the same experiment shining the light in the opposite direction — pointing at the side with the caps and looking for transmitted light under the film — and found the same results.
