Could it be there is a Jurassic Park like island somewhere and these are3 being released? Some sort of lab creating super size hybrids?

BTW, thanks Isis! I wonder how many of the licences are in fact for new drilling, new extraction (from existing wells) or simply 'extraction' veiled as 'drilling'.

I bring this up as many of the new rights to the Julia field are for bottom based machinery and rigs that feed back up to the surface. All out of site, out of mind, and easier to hide effects of any issues.

My pet theory on this is the massive lake of oil still being fed in the centre of the GoM (the gyre) is going to be sucked up using these techniques.

The submarine had run aground the previous October for ten hours near the Skye Bridge and the captain was relieved of his command the next month.

Is the rubber the stuff John Lear talks about? (D.D) which enables faster travel through the water by creating an elecromagnetic envelope around the vessel.

Could the 'level' of resistance be increased or decreased I wonder? Is this possibly what a calibrator might be? Not really happy with the description to date of what it actually IS.

I am sure there are a lot more incidents. I found these whilst searching for ideas regarding calibrators, and centred my searches around Russian subs, specifically looking for electrical equipment failures that may have arisen from hasty re-fits.

She looked awefully rusty for an opperational vessel. I wonder if that skin had been eaten away by something, exposing the raw steel?
I have no basis for that statement, just some speculation.

Also interesting that there were some (60) crew on board a ship designed to opperate with (40).

The sonar, and obviously the radome at the front were stuffed. Cover for fitting of new 'callibrators'? Indeed the whole fleet of (4) are undergoing re-fits and maintenance of some kind.

I just don't understand how they come up with such a vast time dating for Antarctica's snow coverage. The Russians dug through 12,365 feet. (sounds like code - 12 months = 365 days lol)

I keep thinking about Byrd's Antarctica Explorations, and they documented 40 feet of snow in 17 yrs.
