think about what frequency relates to. vibration aka displacement over time. a sine wave is the graph of rotational distance vs time
exact south (or north) pole=zero rotational distance=0 frequency

but because the north mag, and the rotational poles are offset, maybe the feedback does not provide the needed protection

but being the south mag and rotational poles are closer may get the total closer to zero

maybe that is the key to why they are there
the only place to hide and not be destroyed by positive increase in frequency

Have had limited access Cosmos. The liquid from the 'lake' is far from water. You cant call it water. It is akin to amniotic fluid in a female.

So just add life (DNA), and you can pretty much make anything you like, and it will be a part of this planet's lifeforms. A woman's womb, when seeded with life, and filled with amniotic fluid creates the life connection with this planet, and invites the soul, or life force connecting it with this realm.

The folks who think they are so clever making test tube creatures (Chimeras)to full gestation realise that their creations have no souls. They live, but are souless. That's because there is no direct connection with the planet.

But ultimately they are creating what we refer to as a 'grey'. So are the greys our creation, and the beginning of the problem? or are they remnants of a past problem trying to stop it from happening again? (i.e. Atlantis)

The Vostok liquid is not limited to just that area. We have seen it emerge before, at the BOP during the GoM crisis. Those creatures that BeePeeGuy showed in his crazy vids are the result of dna interacting with the liquid, and other materials, resulting in hybrid creations.

I'm thinking this whole deal is about a realisation and understanding of the planetary workings and our link to it as the only form of sentience that has the ability to attempt to control it or damage it.

So in essence, Vostok, and other lakes down there contains the element needed to ground what ever physical dna structure to this planet. You can make anything from it.

Water, eggs, flour etc can be used to make many things. Some not pleasant. You still need the recipe book ... and he is well hidden.

I'm beginning to think the suggested 'excrecia' in the cannisters (briefcases) is not excretia at all, but the dried liquid as described above. That is why it has re-annimation properties. Just like it did on the BOP.

I still think we're dealing with an internal fluid substance of the planet, the absolute core substance of the planet that gives IT life as well as anything else that is part of it. Same fluid that took control of the oil. As such, the controlling intelligence is the planet itself, not an alien mind or program.

The only other info I have Cosmos is that the photos shown of the team was taken a long time before the date shown. The team was evac'd by very large helicopter, and replaced by a new team able to comprehend and cope with the occurances they were seeing. (think BeePeeGuy vids) They are in for the winter.

I think the Earth supports a wide spectrum of frequencies to accommodate a very diverse number of species. The incoming energies are raising this whole spectrum rather than stretching it, so as lower frequencies begin to disappear, the life support system for certain species is no longer there. Those that can't jump into the active frequencies (adapt), then die of whatever their immune system has been staving off. Agree with what you've said...this is just another take on same.
