Submarine communications :
Though it's just a first step, Stancil says the technique eventually could be useful in situations where normal methods of sending communications don't work.

The seawater has some electrical conductivity, and as a result radio waves don't penetrate very deeply. So I believe that having some way of getting messages through would be of interest."

The molecules in the water around a submarine potentially could serve well as a neutrino detector. Because creating neutrinos currently requires a powerful particle accelerator, the sub would be able only to receive messages, not send them.

Stancil also said a neutrino communications device could be useful as a backup during a catastrophe that destroyed existing infrastructure.
"In principle, you could have straight-line communication right through the center of the Earth, without satellites or cables," Stancil said. "I can imagine there could be certain strategic situations where that could be very valuable."


As we discussed before, neutrino's are MESSENGERS and DELIVERERS of SIGNALS and DATA from other parts of the Universe where their travel lead them through. They are an enormous containment of [quantum]data ... Becoz the interaction with other particles and elements is so rare (1 in every 10 billion neutrinos creates an event), the "change" they bring in that interaction (or the seeding they do) is relatively small.
But now that the quantity of neutrino's is leveling up at a speeding rate [think: fluffy, ribbon and alignment with other suns and centers] the information-delivery is increasing also. The alignment with the Central Galactic sun is the BIGGEST particle-accelerator imaginable !!!!!

So now for the first time these researchers have been able to do [en public] what the Universe has been doing since it formed ...
It is also my guess that with this they try to come closer to decipher the data that is treasured within these special particles.

Time traveling messages?
This isn't the first time neutrinos have made news lately.

Interesting in this is that bismuth (AND GOLD) are Diamagnetic :

In my opinion TIME [and space] are influencable by electromagnetism ... and in the Pegasus-Project they used 'something' "diamagnetic" [the bismuth with the lensing effect] to create their door into the future and past , by which they could ACCESS other time-points
... maybe (my thought) coz the (electro)magnetic-shell or field was lifted/weakened.

This ties in with the neutrino-time traveling ... they could use these bismuth-doors to send these neutrino-communication beams through, and send 'messages to where-ever and when-ever' they wish to !

El Q mentioned that the draining of the oil in the GOM might cause the area to collapse. This needs to be considered with urgency in my opinion. With all the salt mounds/mines and gas pockets taken into consideration as well, and the email Miss Krispy received. It would seem the entire area is at high risk. I agree with El Q. He thinks the draining of the oil has altered the craton's movement, and as a think tank we should look into the possibilities. The BEZERK Thread needs to be revived ASAP!

i too have been interested in the RELEASE of information about neutrino's.
this is very old info as even i was aware of the properties of nutes and what potentials they held.
i too must speculate on why these articals are in the msm all at once at this point in time.

any way.
as the news states , neutrinos collect info as they travel through the universe and along with light, gravity and other radiations ,possibly even things we know nothing of yet,there seems to be a dynamic connection of information between planets, stars, galaxies and the whole universe.
this has the general appearance of a nervous system of some kind.
hence the theory of a sentient universe.
a universe that is collectively an entity of itself.
i love this theory as it even allows for a general acceptance of spirituality. somehow.
so , are we (humans)a cancer on a very minor nerve ending, or are we what makes this nerve unique and vital?

Are the solutions BP is using magnetizing and ionizing the seawaters? OP said that there was something with a sub and magnetism-level -when- at surface. There was a poster that said : "Explained in another thread linked earlier here, that the Corexit being sprayed over the GOM creates an emulsion of oil, methane, other hydrocarbons and seawater, which is magnetized. The subs have to demagnetize to operate properly underwater and it is possible that they cannot do this in the Gulf while operating in the magnet-emulsion which BP has created with the assistance of the US g'ment." and " ... it is the emulsified oil/methane/seawater which is magnetized. METHANE EXPLOSION AND POLES
IF a mega methanegas-explosion in he GOM would occur -by itself or detonated- that "force" could TILT or change the axis of earth and cauzing pole shift and /or a continental rift, reversed rotation after stop ...
It is said that instead of 2 poles -like we have now-, the earth will have several magnetic poles for at least a certain period of time. No one knows where new poles will be. Maybe the US wants to have have an edge up on where, .. so they "make" a "where" : The GOM !
Maybe they are indeed planning to make that area so magnetically loaded that it will be strong enough to become the NEW POLE ...
Is that the reason why the want the coastal area's to be evacuated ? .. or have them to die .. To proceed in this evil master-plan ?

I believe that there are many scientific reasons to find why BP wanted to drill in this asphalt volcano and is not in a hurry to stop it.
Magnetism and volcano's a very common thing. They knew this was not just a big oilfield, this volcano has use to them !
Why let the majority of oil and gasses escape while thousands of ships are able to collect it almost all ? This is not only about the greediness (money) of BP ... this has "magnetism" written all over it !

When a huge area of magnetism is created, what will do that to the sun ? and what will a sun-surplus do to that magnetic field in the GOM ?

Space scientists from the University of New Hampshire and multi-institutional colleagues report they have quantified levels of radiation on the moon's surface from galactic cosmic ray (GCR) bombardment that over time causes chemical changes in water ice and can create complex carbon chains similar to those that help form the foundations of biological structures.


The telescope provides the fundamental measurements needed to test our understanding of the lunar radiation environment and shows that "space weathering" of the lunar surface by energetic radiation is an important agent for chemical alteration.

CRaTER characterizes the global lunar radiation environment and its biological impacts by measuring radiation behind a "human tissue-equivalent" plastic.
