Yes, and in this case the 'contact' or connection with Vostok-liquid could result in a SHOCK, a shock for a body-system that is un-pre-paired [!!!] and not at all aware of Consciousness/Intent.

No, imo it is NOT. The liquid didnt intended to hurt or destroy these other "beings" that came in proximity, it only resonated what it does and IS, IT IS.

Actually its not so hard at all : Align yourself [body and mind and consciousness and your intent] with the Universe, and with the events taking place which involve our existance on this planet.
Link with the Earth through a vortex or birthcord, just like the Sun and Earth exchange info and data to eachother, and like the Sun is liked to the Galactic Centre that we turn around ... This connects you with the energy of the Galactic Alignment now taking place !
Make a conscious connection in your mind [visual or not] with your white blood-cells and lymphs, and with your nervous-system [make it stronger and wider in your mind] coz they will be the factors that will alow you to proces/digest/pass-on the higher level of energy then that you were used to.
If you dare, make a peacefull state of mind and connect with AUgie > the White-bloodcell of Earth/the lymph-fluid of Earth. Envision your harmonic intentions and the wish to LEVEL - to (re)entangle.

If you have done this for a while/days weeks, and you feel matured to it, then you can connect with the Vostok-liquid in your mind and in your heart.

This all will build your internal energy-muscles, in this way you take responsability to train yourself [pair yourself] and align with Earth and the Universe, to carry forth that what is needed.

You know how there have been many ages of man.

Does man 'discover' and know what to do with a thing on his own? Or does something spark the idea, and place the thing in front of man, and lead him to find uses for the thing?

Does man use the thing because he just thought of it? or because it is now time to use it, which will lead to bigger and better things.

IMHO, one of the things man was NOT supposed to find, and use, was nuclear energy. I think it was an outside introduction, and possibly a threat to the natural order of things. A deliberate threat.

A fair bit of talk about odessa. Is Germany part of odessa now? Modern Germany? I ask this because they are one country who has proposed a scaling down of nuclear energy.

This cant be an easy or light decision. It will hurt their economy, and will cost the average man real money. But they see it as a good thing, and it is.

I have to stop saying organism, because I no longer believe it is an organism. I just think it's part of our world. The scene in the Abyss comes to mind with that giant water tentacle. A lot of that film comes to mind actually, including the nuclear crap. But the tentacle isnt a separate thing, it is just salt water and is controlled.

We may have seen the effects of it before, historically, at places like Lourdes in France, which may be why the Frenchies have such a keen interest. Minute levels of this water, within the drinking water, and the results are magic.

I'm gonna harp on about water again. LOL. Regardless of whether it's in the sky, or in rivers and lakes, or underground in aquifers, or stored as ice, or in the sea and oceans, evetually it all mixes, and touches.

We all carry water molecules billions of years old.
We are all predominantly made up of water, yeah?

Science is starting to see that DNA is quantum, and effects the Universe as much as it effects the DNA. That makes DNA a quantum engine of sorts. You mentioned the junk DNA.

Jellies are even more water than we are, and live in it. Maybe they are the connection between our planet, in terms of passing on instructions physically, which are then transmitted, or inducted into the very water they swim in.

Eventually that water will become enfused, and entangled with new instructions, and will impart that into the greater realm, but also localised, and in specific food chains, water ways and climates.

Not sure still about their supposed gravitation towards all things nuclear, but that might have something to do with this entanglement, sending the bad vibes elsewhere?

So maybe the jellies set the tone for anything new? And like PrePer mentioned on the sparrows, eventually spreads the vibe throughout the living world.

That so called junk DNA might just be waiting there to soak up a whole mess of new instructions.

If we take what was written about the French sailors who died, after they had morgellon "LIKE" symptoms, and issues with morphing internally, then it would seem a living entity cannot undertake rapid change without the end result being death.
