I will remind people that Christchurch had never had Earthquakes before the First one it was a quake free area in NZ and many of the older building had never been built to handle any kind of Earthquake. No Quakes and now a decades worth. At the time of the quake two US survey vessels were noted to be almost directly above the area where the epicenter of the first quake was.

Go around fracking up the right places before hand and you can cause whole seams in key place to detach from the seam above and below them.

There are many very applicable ways to achieve a One World order, eliminating those who disagree is a good start. In the Army you break the man and remake him in the image you want him. The same process can be applied to the world in general either by financially breaking the World or Physically breaking the world in many places and allowing massive Global pollution and Radiation on such a scale it cause humanity [the survivors] to band together to survive under a single unit. Just pop all the Oil wells and strike all the Nuke reactors in the world and it is good to go to hell and back.
