Very enLIGHTNING !!!

You all should take a min to watch these short teasers,
they give a way a lot of info and clues !!

Particularly interesting were :
- Laser guided lightning >
this really poses some multitude of purposes to use this technique on ... for the good and the bad.
The add PLASMA to the laser-beam directed at a thundercloud, to advert to cloud to go elsewhere ...
Also the technique that such a plasma-laser beam knocks out parts of particles it encounters on the way and it results in a stream of ionised air "a plasma channel" ... (if I interpreted it all correct).

No big wonder that TPTB are afraid of the EXTRA PLASMA added by CME's and other space-related occurrences and events !!!
Its a major un-certainty factor in their equation that they can not use coz it could disrupt or fail their attempts.
