The response on this post is interesting, although leaning away from the subject, which was a statement alluding that the US may have been responsible for the tsunami in Japan.

No “news” available to me shows that Japan and China have formed an alliance, other than a temporary pact to dissolve a specific issue.
No mention here that following the “briefcase” matter is when we read from a respected correspondent for Asian news media that China had an extensive underground nuclear storage facility, which story was supported by pictures taken during a guided tour of that facility. Subsequently, China news media reported the arrest of about 40 people for treason. We have heard nothing more from those arrested. Most interesting following those public media reports was the news out of China that a small town near the Great Wall was being relocated, causing much grief to its residents. Obama visited the Great Wall at about the same time. Also, apparently the “Odessa” fleet took Japan’s warning and left from where no “safe harbor” was available.
Following all of this, and much to our amazement, a video was posted to internet forums recorded from the cockpit of a plane with the pilots seeming to speak an Oriental language. The vid showed an absolutely enormous blue flash across ranges of mountains in view, and then a huge orange glowing flash ball of light.
Please recall STUX NET also, in this same frame of time. Blah, blah, blah and the radio station in Russia sending call signals for the first time in many years, while playing the theme from “Black Swan” in the transmitting studio.

Much like the Boxer Day Tsunami in 2004. But don't be mislead. If that tsunami was intentional, and there are indications this is true, it was not the US that did it. I suggest that because a major US and UK military base was destroyed at Diego Garcia by that tsunami. Never mind looking for a link. There is none.
As bad as the US appears to be with its aggression and war on other people, there are other countries/factions out there who are just as bad, or worse. The US and Japan are allies, so take the pointing finger and do a 180.

I do think that many parties of the world-game poses tech that could do harm to the other in many various ways ... and it is used over and again. All are guilty.
But there is 1 kind of tech that BHD often talked about that seems to be solely used and "discovered" by the Chin,
the reverse-EMP tech ....

Regardless of any "briefcase" stories, I do not believe that Japan and China are allies. There is too much ancient, antagonistic history between these two countries. Let us not be fooled.
Yes there is a lot of antagonistic stuff between them going way back, but that is history, old history.
1898 the Rothschild cartel takes over Japan, re-instituting the Imperial family [who were out of favor and had not been taken seriously in 180 years] they then form the four great Banks in Japan [fannie mae and freddie mac were modeled on these four banks, Mitsubishi is just one of them] then they start to industrialize Japan and it's work force to help them capture their Goal, Russia and the Great Gold mines being opened up by the Tzar. The greatest navel defeat of all time[for the Russians] took place later between Japan and Russia.
The same Cartel then funded the Russian revolution and was successful. They then continued with Japan as a base of affairs in the launching of their revolution in China. Japan, China and Russia are controlled by the same group that controls the USA and the UK, the courts the Western World, monetary supply and 90% of all mineral and Oil extraction on the whole planet.
It is simply amazing to me people still think it is about countries when Multinational corporations own countries, countries themselves are registered corporations [check the SEC] they have owners who themselves are the heads of the largest Multinational corporations on the entire planet

What we see as politics and political issues are just puppet shows designed to help with social engineering on a large scale. Having a country rattle it's sabers [like China and Russia in the last week] is not them being nasty, they are helping the administration of a country to force it's population down a path they have already planned, often all they need is a little justification, and they get their international business partners rattle a few sabers make declarations saying they are ready for war and you can pass a few more restrictive laws and perhaps introduce some compulsory military training [brainwashing and conditioning]
These people own the world media, they control what you get to see second hand and they helpfully interpret the facts for you and tell you want to think.
Like I say I don't blame people for no knowing the real history of the world, when they have been educated by those who write history and control the Media. They even have very large hooks in the Alternative media, it was their creation from the start.
