This one block is what took me in different directions, because the word substance was used, rather than organism.

I have no issues with organism, but like my view of where 'bezerk' fits into a bigger story, I believe the term organism comes in well after the substance has done its thing, mutating and changing, even re-animating what ever happens to be near by.

So the earliest version of what we're talking about is where I come from. (actually that is an ironic statement!)

Our discussions about flux transfers between the Sun and the planets. and what that might represent at our level (communication, and sharing of information/energy) seems to me to be what the Chin have grasped, and created a synthetic version of, in S.IM, allowing them to 'initiate' actions and reactions on and in the planet, by effecting this substance.

The radiation issue, and the plague proportion Nomuras around Japan are too much a coincidence to not be related some how. And one may not be a result of the other, rather, one may be the offensive (military) reaction of Humans against the other.

How do you fight magic? That's pretty much the state of it.

The methylhydrates that were eaten by the corexit bacterias which in turn created more methyl hydrates, and mutations within the bacteria, and other bacteria in the oil(s) are also part of this Japanese issue.

Japan sits upon a huge ridge. A very large part of the island chain is anchored to the bottom (put in very simplistic terms) by a layer of methyl hydrates, much of which came from all the volcanic activity over the eons.

So, if you are aware of this, and watch as the GoM scenario is played out for any who care to actually see what is happening, with the corexit, you need to act.

The corexit can be weaponised if you like, to be seeded at depth, and eat an entire layer away, sheering the strata.

Plant nukes (omega) at depth via drilling ships such as Chikyu, and set up a tidal wave and earth quake to stop the actions. Which came first? The accident at the plant, or the wave? One blurred in to the other.

I cant help but think New Zealand has been the testing bed for all of this to some degree also, including things such as soil liquefaction, which we're about to see on a grand scale in Louisianna, Mississippi etc.

And back to your video Isis.... these high voltage, low current experiments occur in nature every day through lightening, hurricanes (and other spiralling weather conditions), earth quakes and tectonic plate movement through quartz formations especially. (when intact)

It all points, to me, to man made manipulation of the planet, and planetary functioning. This includes the relationship between all things living and the planet too.

The Lake Vostok connection, with lakes of water, infused with the 'substance' that is diluted enough to be ingested without morgellons like symptoms and death, through rapid evolution and mutation, in conjunction with these electrical stimuli could be the prize these experiments are all pushing towards.

The problem with this story is that it is SOOOO BIG, it becomes hard to grasp the scale of it, and we end up chasing our tails, or arguing about some stupid aspect that eventually becomes irrelivant in the scheme of things.

Maybe that's why bezerk is but one chapter.
