Please explain how they SECURED the BOP on the seabed before drilling?
That is all.
The only way to control the flow of oil is to have a functioning BOP in place before drilling.
The pressure of this oil spill AS SEEN ON TV would be same upon striking it initially.
You would need a functioning BOP to be SECURELY fastened BEFORE drilling, please explain how they SECURED the BOP on the seabed before drilling?
