Been taking it everyday for about three months. I'm also taking apple cider vinegar, lots of B vitamins, including Niacin, calcium, vitamin D, aloe vera, vitaimin E, and Diatomaceous earth. I may have left out a few :). However, I'm no longer taking Metoprolol, any of the statins and a few other heart drugs that I used to take. My BP went from 148/30 to 112/70 a week after I started taking the apple cider vinegar.
