You people don't seem to get THIS: it's like a police state down there all over.. brown shirt thugs from out of state, bussed in inmates, bought off coast guard/sealed up docks and port to the gulf. the 'workers' just mostly under the shade tent resting..hell look at some of the news clips of them takes two or three to tie one damn bag up.. and thats if they ever get the bottom filled...
Fact: machines would be more efficient and much faster..
