im of the opinion chattermouse that there is no way anybody could get that footage pulled unless you have a legitimate claim.
imagine writing to fox and asking them to pull a piece of footage from the archive because you have a copyright claim to it, you know they'll laugh at you unless you have a GENUINE reason.
