Ghosts messing with my phone lines?

You need to get your house blessed. Look for someone with the same spiritual beliefs you have to do the blessing, however any blessing will do to remove any negative energy.

Also, there are many things you can do to protect yourself and your son. Telling all spirits to leave is a good thing, however it may not be spirits... It could be an actual person using psychic powers to mess with your phone. BTW they (ghosts and people) can also send electrical charges through appliances, televisions and stereos (ever heard unexplained crackling in your speakers or had a power surge in your electronics?)

You can spend a few minutes a day meditating and placing a protective shield around you. Ground yourself first and then build your shield of white light (also projecting protective light to your son or family) around you, then state that no entity may cause harm to you and that you only allow influence (or help) from that which promotes the greater good in your life.

If you believe in angels or spirit guides you can also ask them for assistance to keep all negative influences away from you and your family. Fear is not the way to handle this. Stay calm and collected and remember that the stronger you become the less influence an entity has. If you fall into the fear mode then they will start to win over and it may be harder to contain or remove from your presence.

LMAO... you DO realize OP that there are millions of apps out there and websites and ways to fool CID info. I can call you from "911" if I want to. I do it to my friends all the time. hehehe...

Its likely the kid next door messing with you or something. Ghosts, maybee, but I would look closer to our realm of existance first.

The only thing I don't get is that it doesn't show as a call dialed from my cell phone, unless that can be hidden somehow too...

you can easily delete a call entry from your call log. you however CANNOT delete it from the phone records. Go log into your account online and look at the recent call logs.

Right, I wondered why that should be so important for "them". It seems, if it were a spirit, that they might work better with land lines for some reason, don't know. Maybe the spirits can't keep up with all the technology, I know I can't! The voice wasn't recognizable, of anyone we knew who died, but my son said he sounded kind of aggressive.

Naysayers will be naysayers, until it happens to them. I've been through this and more. Messing with my phone, electronics and even my internet settings and traffic. I quit trying to post on anything substantial because my posts would disappear. I put up my defenses and the events stopped. Then men in black showed up at my house. I wasn't the only one that saw them and they were seen on many occasions. The one time I did see them I was in my front yard. My road is outside town and there's no parking to sit down the road and watch without obstructing traffic or being noticed. They pulled right up in front of the house and started watching me. So I mentally reinforced my protective shield and asked for my angel. A bright white orb type mist appeared between me and them. I never took my eyes off them as this angel appeared and they took off. If you've ever seen the interviews with Duncan O'Finioan you will know the possibility of this is real.

Spirits (demons) can do the same things, and they can be summoned by people who may have grudges. If people can push an evil entity to do harm to others, then people can also use good entities to protect themselves. We all have a sixth sense that tells us if we are in a dangerous situation or even if people have good character. Some people listen to their sixth sense and others don't. I am a firm believer that having protection is much better than not, and even if it was a harmless prank, the pranksters aren't up to any good... Why not protect yourself to be sure?

Update: turns out it WAS a prank, but my house was blessed anyway. My kid's friend also got a 1:50 a.m. call that night, supposedly from Cracker Barrel, wanting him to work the early shift in a few hours. Puh-LEEZ! CB doesn't call people in the middle of the night. Thanks for letting me know that Caller ID's can be messed with, had no clue. I would think it would be illegal to misrepresent people, no? Am so glad to not be having to deal with a mean spirit!
