i have been diagnosed with bipolar/major depression. My anxiety is atrocious, i can't even watch tv without rubbing my head, soothing my extreme anxiety.

But really, i just feel like i am waaaaay to much into my head. Bored of the outside world, and doesn't enthuse me as before. A deep deep thinker, i am, that it seems like i look depressed from a persons persepective. I just feel life passes me by as i always caught up in my thoughts.

Anybody out there like me? how do you cope? any natural meds?
