With all this fear-mongering talk of "must live above the 40th parallel", Quoting: LesterWell, lucky for me I live in the 41st parallel! And I guess Washington DC is screwed being that they are at the 38th parallel. Seriously, I can't even imagine people only being evacuated into one state. Even after Katrina people were going where ever they had friends or family. (Although some wanted to go back after Katrina and they lived in mobile homes.)
